Always straight forward. Went to the dealer and was told i needed a wheel bearing because it was about to fall off. Brought it to Brakesplus and Ruben brought me back to show me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Stay away from the dealers. Thanks for the honesty guys

After applying for and being denied their payment plan so I could fix my car, I reaches out to Ruben and told him I could not afford a fix at that moment. Despite this, he fixed my car and told me I might have to pay the cost for parts because he thought I authorized a fix when I very clearly did not. Trying to trap me into paying for something that I did not authorize was careless, stressful, and manipulative. I would not suggest coming here.

I had a friend redo my brakes and rotors and had a feeling something wasn’t right. Kevin and Nick got me in right away, explained everything clearly, showed me what was done incorrectly, and got my car back into safe working order. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and help — thank you both so much!

Nick was very friendly and helpful. He provided the inspection results, recommended the needed repairs and discussed optional items. He was very professional and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend this Brakes Plus to anyone who needs brakes or shocks.

You know Kevin from Home Alone? Cute kid. But awful family. Who forgets their son when traveling internationally? And bullies him? And makes him sleep in the attic? Truly heinous behavior if you ask me. Brakes Plus? And the Kevin that works here? Complete opposite of the McCallister family. They wont forget about you, or bully you, or leave you lost and confused. Neighbors go get your car serviced by Kevin and Brakes Plus!

Incredible customer service. The team at brakes plus got me checked in and taken care of in a timely manner. I had to get a lug nut replaced that wasn’t budging and they offered to get that taken care of for free for me. I want to shoutout Luis for incredible service.
