Good and honest people. Ruben took care of my '04 Honda this week and got it up and running ready for emissions with a simple diagnostics (it failed 3 times and I had no idea what the issue was after $300 in parts and sensors). Definitely recommend this branch.

I came in with a brake issue on my teen son’s car. Ruben, the General Manager, and his associate Austin quickly identified the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. Within a short amount of time my son’s car was safe to drive again. Thank you! I highly recommend the Ken Caryl Brakes Plus.

I put a suspension lift on my truck and then took it to BP for an alignment. After they did an inspection of my truck, they noticed two critical suspension parts missing. Will Duran, Service Advisor, personally went out of his way to retrieve the parts from a local store. He fix the issue with my safety being his only concern (in a world full of shops only concerned about their financial agenda). I appreciate Will’s outstanding customer service and will be a return customer.
