Justin and the team here have been great to me. I had an alignment at an unrelated shop that seemed off. They were happy to take measurements to confirm the specs, knowing full well I'd be taking the vehicle back to the other shop for a warranty on their work. Even gave me advice on my suspension tuning while I was there.
Fantastic service. I used them to turn my brake rotors some time ago and will happily give them more work in the future. A+

Vince and Justin were so helpful when I went in for my routine oil change for my 1999 CRV. They were short staffed today but still got me my car back in a reasonable time. I have been to a couple Brakes Plus locations, but I’ve never been treated so wonderfully. This location isn’t too close to my house but I will be returning here every time because the service here is unmatched!

Got my brakes fixed at a really great price. It didn’t break the bank. I had a quote from another place the day before and they wanted to redo all the back brakes and required financing because it was way too expensive and was out of my budget. So I’m really thankful for this place and their great service.

I very rarely leave reviews and practically never leave positive reviews. However I brought my Jeep in to have my brakes inspected. Knowing if I needed anything it's minor but still fully expecting some astronomical quote the parts and services I didn't know I needed. And to my surprise, he came in and said everything looked good and he couldn't really recommend anything. I am very impressed with the integrity that these folks showed today. I will be coming back when the work does need done, they earned my trust today!

Went here to double check some work a dealership had done and a grinding sound in my car. They had it done and looked at within the same day, which was helpful since it was the only car I had with our carseat. Found out we (badly) needed brakes done, came back the next day and they were done a few hours later. Justin was very helpful and explained everything well. Went back a few days later to get our other car looked at and fixed because we enjoyed this place so much.

I went in to get my brother’s truck inspected after driving across country. Justin thoroughly walked me through all of the parts that needed to be replaced/addressed. The service was completed in less than 24 hours and the team provided me with updates during that period. Overall great customer service!

Got new rotors and pads done and noticed a rattling sound from the brakes they worked on. Took it back in and had them look at it, problem continued almost immediately after leaving. Went to adifferent location and they fixed it right away. The guy tried to say it was rust stuck behind the rotor. Turns out, the brakes weren't put back together properly, causing my wheel bearing to go out. Will not be going back again.

They were excellent at referring me out to issues they didn't cover and were upfront and honest with the condition of my car. They let me know my brakes were in good condition and saved me from unnecessary costs.
