Staff always greet you when you arrive and are extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to was a runner and that makes a big difference in communicating feet/ shoe issues

Absolutely wonderful. They can scan your feet and help you choose the best show for you. There return/exchange procedures are great. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
