Went in today to get help with my friends phone and the young man working was very polite and knowledgeable.

I locked my SIM card and for several days I have been writing to customer service to get a PIN code and for three days in a row I have wasted several hours and finally nothing. But today I went to this office and the young man there was very kind and solved my problem in a few minutes.
