I've been a member for 20+ years. I've been trying to contact the Littleton branch for several days to discuss a bank account for an estate. Multiple attempts to call the branch direct number were not answered. When I did get someone to answer he couldn't find anyone available to answer my question. He took a message for a call back which was never returned. I tried setting up a conference call through their system. No one called on the time I reserved. I called Chase and talked with someone who could help. She set up a process to work through my needs, confirmed with an email. Very professional and thorough!

Please don't take this wrong way, but when I drive across town to MY BANK the last thing I'm expecting is to be told I can't withdraw $20 bills from my account. It sort of defeats the point of having a bank account.... besides this blip I love you guys and keep up the good work.

We bought out our auto lease in August of 2023. We were told we would receive our title in the mail. After 30 days we called and were, supposedly, issued a duplicate title and were told it could potentially take 90 days to get the title. At 60 days we called back and were told once again it can take up to 90 days to receive our title. On 11/20/2023 we went into the Littleton Branch location where we closed out our account and complained in person that we still did not have our title. We were given a Release of Lien statement and were assured that we could take this to the DMV and they would give us our title. On 11/22/23 the DMV told us we also needed a Release of Lease statement to prove we had paid off the lease to get our title (our release of lien meant nothing). On 11/22/23 we went back to the Littleton Branch office at which point we were told we never paid the sales tax. Even though they closed our account and issued us a release of lien(which come to find out, should have never been given to us becasue we leased our car and didn't actually have an auto loan). We were then told that they had ordered the title and replacement titles a total of 3 times, but it was possible they all got lost in the mail. We were also told that we cannot pay them the sales tax, they have no way of accepting it. So we called Bellco's title department, at which point we were told that we could pay a physical branch location for the sales tax. It has been 3 months, more than 5 phone calls, 4 in-person visits and we still do not have the title to the car we paid off back in August of 2023. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS BANK. THEIR PERSONNEL ARE INEPT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I've had a credit card through Bellco for years, with no problems. Payments were credited immediately to the card. But now Bellco switched to a new provider, and payments are no longer credited the same business day. There's a "float" of several days where the money is no longer in my checking account, but it isn't paid to the card, either. Does the card provider not trust Bellco? I guess I'm done using my Bellco card as my primary card. It's now a backup, and Citi is my primary.

They deserve a 0. Every single thing we do is a hassle. I have to explain what I need 3-5 times when dealing with their customer service employees. It's as if they have no training nor have they mastered the ability to listen. Absolute insanity. A request to stop an autopay involved hearing a dingbat work on a disputed payment- when that was NEVER the issue. She argued with me as I repeated 7-10 times that I'd paid off an auto loan yet payments were still going out. Just needed her to click the magic button. Then, she said I'd have to pay $31. Done with these idiots. Don't bank with them. They are seriously dumb- one teller even printed me a cashier's check UPSIDE-DOWN. Seriously- they are THAT dumb

I put up with a lot from Bellco, their slow posting of transactions, the fact that even automated systems stop over the weekend. Even the time they basically stole 2k from me due to a misreading of a check. But now they cancelled not just my new credit card, but EVERYONE'S credit cards assigned before 8/25/23, Less than a month ago with NO warning. The card I use to pay many bills and rely on to get things urgently. And they didn't even have the courtesy to send out a new card preemptively. This credit union has nothing but seething contempt for its users and their real lives, so I have nothing but contempt for it

Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone or calls back as promised. Waited 4 hours for a return call twice in one day.I was sent a debit card that was attached to the wrong account, unable to access my money. 4 weeks still not corrected

No problem with the Bellco banking system, but every time I have to go to the bank I get this dude Brandon who’s just so sassy and rude for no reason, I always leave in a worse mood than when i arrived. Decent bank, atrocious customer service standards. Maybe keep Brandon on the computer.

SHOCKING! The level of inconsistency is staggering. I purchased a new car 6 months ago using financing through Bellco. I locked in at a wonderful rate. Hoping that this would be an excellent relationship for the next few years as I made payments on my car. However, I have been disappointed mainly due to the poor customer services. It primarily has to due with their app and online options to make payments. I have attempted to setup my payments using the app or the online options and have been unable to due so. It has to die with the inability to transfer funds from a 3rd party account to Bellco. I call them and we attempt to get the 3rd party account setup and the process fails every time. Here's my recommendation: If you're a Board member and you read this review. Start by replacing the technology team or the 3rd party vendor you are currently working with. Next please take note of all the poor reviews and confront the current President of Bellco and ask them what his/her strategy is to improve customer service. Give them 3 months to remedy the challenges and evaluate the outcome. If they fail to improve the customer service issues, then it's time to replace them. Hope this helps.

This place is AWFUL. I went to apply for a loan and was told that I should have no issue getting approved and be able to pick my check up the next day. Fastforword over two weeks and I have been denied a loan because my credit is too good... right makes no sense. The only reason they could give me for denying my loan was that my credit limit on one of my cards was to high. This card had never had a missed or late payment along with all my other cards and has never even rolled over into the next cycle with a outstanding balance on it. So I thought I would give them another chance and decided to get a co-signer for a ridiculously small loan. That was a mistake. They told me I was approved but needed to get my income verified. I spoke with them on the phone around five different times trying to make sure I had all the correct information and paperwork. they told me on the phone that I could not email them the paperwork because I was not a member but that I could get my income verified and pick my check up the same day. I scheduled an appointment and went in expecting to walk away with my money in hand. I left after five minutes and was told I need to schedule another appointment to close on the loan after being told multiple times it could all be taken care of the same day in house. They had me scheduled an appointment for the next day just to call me and tell me I have to schedule another appointment. As if people don't have jobs they have to go to. I am now on appointment 4 for a loan and over two weeks of my time and hours lost out of my paychecks. So much for apply one day and get the check the next. Listen to the two star review and stay away. It's there for a reason. This company will never have my business again and I will be taking all of my future expenses to space age credit union.

I love this branch. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I've never had a problem here; only once did I wait to be greeted for some banking advice I needed. I made eye contact and smiled and they responded well and courteous. They're always helpful, quick and caring. As for those complaining I feel bad you didn't have a great experience but can't help but wonder why you are so bitter. New cards can be issued at the counter. Mail often fails and the employees at the CU do not control it but can and WILL help. I've been there myself so I know.

Okay this is a real review of this spotI don't even like making these but if your a person of color DO NOT COME HERE.This spot is very unwelcoming to people that don't look like them. I live a block away from here and would rather drive 20 mins somewhere else just so I don't gotta deal with the girls there and even the customers there as well. I've seen customers be so rude and very low key racist to the only person of color there and the manager will sit by or walk away that's not welcoming at all and shouldn't stand ANYWHERE! their use to be an African American guy that used to work here and realistically not surprised he left cuz I seen the way they would treat him and wow sad that bellco has managers don't/won't protect their employees. I don't like coming here and this branch should get a total change in people that work here!

Went in to open new accounts and move all my banking to them. They kicked me out for not wearing a ridiculous face diaper. If they can't be sensible I'm sure not going to trust my money with a bunch of covid nazis.
