This place is out of control, if you actually want them to wipe your seats down it’s $60. Otherwise for $20 they do barely anything. The woman at the front that takes your order won’t show you the pricing and you get up sold without knowing you’re spending $70 until you get out to pay. Total scam of a business - buyer beware - stay away.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. I bought an old cop car that I Immediately had buyers remorse with. I took it to bear for a full detail and it changed my perception on the car entirely. They do astounding work.

Updated review due to the experience we have had with this by shady shop regarding them damaging my jeep wrangler and ripping the mirror off - the owner is claiming that we did not send in necessary receipts when we needed the part for the mirror, they explained they would ONLY be covering the cost of the part regardless of who is doing the work. I sent in two different receipts from the auto mechanic shop I went to for the part which was $166 with $120 in labor. They had the customer receipt and dealership receipt printed out upon arrival and tried to say they were fake, these receipts had all necessary information including year, make and model of my vehicles, credit card information with date paid, as well as the work done. They then said that without bank statements they would not be paying for the part even though they called the auto repair shop and confirmed the work was done - these conversations were recorded via our telephones due to the shadiness of this issue from the start. They said they tried to call autonation, this is also a lie as it was explained from the beginning that that was the original quote received on the day of the accident, flash forward three weeks I went with a cheaper shop and they tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to get multiple quotes?? We are VERY frustrated by this situation and the blatant lies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING YELP FOR A MORE ACCURATE RATING OF 2/5 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY (as it is obvious they pay for good ratings here and have damaged multiple vehicles including a poor girls bumper paint being damaged three weeks ago)
UPDATE:
As someone who has been working with Bear's for over a month and was told they weren't paying for this I would say that 'resolving' this issue will not be happening. We have posted reviews on better business bureau, yelp and google. This company lies for weeks on end to laugh in our faces and tell us they won't be paying for the part even though I went out of my way to find them a cheaper alternative! Super shady business. (Additional statement is in response to the lies that were posted on our previous posts.)

I took my car to Bears Car Wash today, what amazing job they did on my car. I have been on a road trip and my car was trashed. I found the employees very friendly and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend Bears Car Wash & Detail Center

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Would look at the yelp reviews where it’s 2 stars out of 5, unlike the google reviews where the owner clearly made fake accounts to bring the stars up this place is horrible all they do is lie. The owner is so uneducated she can’t even reply with correct words or spelling. But what happened was first time coming here went in for a simple car wash. The employees do not know how to drive stick burned the clutch and killed the car pulling it into the tunnel. After all that it came out with the mirror broken completely in half. They said they would pay for the part not labor. But after giving the receipt like they asked for they still would not pay up. Said the receipt was fake even though they verified with the auto shop that ordered the mirror and put it on. They were so rude to my mechanic that they had to hang up on them. Horrible place all and all do not go!!!
UPDATE:
Auto nation is where we got quoted for a new mirror on the day of this incident never got work done there and they knew this while posting this review. Do not trust these people they are liars and thieves. They never ordered a part because they never knew the vin number or year of the vehicle. They also had two receipts of the three we sent them printed off and ready when we got there. But at first pretended like they knew nothing of what was going on when we came in. We brought in a clear copy of the recipe signed and dated. Never trust these people like I said out there to make a quick buck not here to keep loyal customers. They will tell you to come on in to talk after they are closed as well so be very very careful of this place would not recommend. They lie and make up stories to try and get out of a quick buck they also will threaten their attorney on you over $166.00. Which was the 2nd quote and how much the part was. They neglected to mention auto nation was more. We shopped around to make it cheaper for them but they didn’t care about that. Just said it was fishy. This place is a joke car wash doesn’t clean well and everyone that works there is very unprofessional and rude. Also I am not a mechanic just to clear things up….

It is the best car wash in the area. Danielle and Johnathan are friendly, professional and have a sense of humor. The prices are reasonable and there is always a weekly deal to get your car or truck washed and detailed.
All the people are hard workers. We have been coming here since 2010..easy access and relatively quick service. It's done right so be patient.

I had recently purchased a brand new Ford Bronco and got it detailed at the Ford dealership and another at a shop in denver. Both left marks all over and i was disappointed with results and even left nasty finger prints on the interior.
However, i brought a few days after and was assisted by Uriel and he made sure they removed all the little marks left they cleaned every little crevice and removed the interior stains left by the other companies.

I came to bears carwash today and the greeter told me thery had a great special today.the service is normally its 150.00 but for today its 60.00 good Wash and wax this just made my Day. I Am SO HAPPY FOR MY SERVICE THANKS BEARS.

I wanted to thank everybody at Bear’s Car Wash for detailing my husband‘s 92 Toyota Tacoma that we were getting ready to sell after picking up the truck. The woman who "greets" you to go over wash types is the rudest person I've come across in the state of Colorado. Canceling my monthly membership strictly because of this employee and their attitude. For $80 they should clean and definitely wipe down better. Annoyed after spending the cash for an ok job

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! It peeled the paint right off my bumper and the manager was completely unreceptive and unsympathetic. She took zero responsibility. There are so many great car wash companies in Denver. I will never use this car wash again.
