“I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts as a last ditch effort to get my battery replaced. I originally took it to Autozone and the guy immediately said he couldn’t install a new battery because it was tucked under the windshield. Wal-Mart was out of stock. I called before I went in and spoke with a really helpful associate and he suggested I bring it in after explaining my previous roadblocks. When I got there, my dog and I were immediately greeted by the manager and he came out and took a look. There was one bolt that needed to be unscrewed and the battery pushed forward, making it easy to test. I think he saw my desperation and said he can help with changing it out for me. He had another sales agent help me so he can learn to switch out these kind of batteries. He completed it in 10-15 minutes and got me on my way! I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me. They also gave my dog attention, which he loves. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I suddenly got a rapid blinking left turn signal inside the cab of my car, which I assumed indicated I had a burnt out turn signal bulb. I pulled out my phone and typed in auto parts store near me, O'Reilly Auto parts popped up as being very close. I went inside and went over to where the headlights tail lights/bulbs are located. I thought I would find some type of parts book chained to the area so that I could look up which bowl I needed. But I didn't find one, so I went and asked one of the employees. He quickly looked it up for me. I was able to purchase my bulb. The gentleman at the counter told me that if I needed any tools to get to the tail light to change it to come in and let him know and that they had tools that could lend me to get the bulb changed now instead of later. I really really appreciated it that. I didn't even think about that I might need a tool to facilitate changing the bulb. In all honesty I hadn't even considered changing it right that moment. But after the employee made the offer to me, I decided I would check it out. I decided if I was able to change it right that moment it would be better, safety-wise, for myself and all the other drivers and that it would be nice to not have to worry about getting pulled over for failing to signal a lane change when in actuality it was a burnt-out bulb. As it turned out it was very very easy to change the bulb in my vehicle, no tools necessary. All in the same, the offer the employee gave me was very kind and unexpected. One of those little things that happens throughout your day that makes you regain a little faith in the kindness of humans.”

“Awesome people!! Trying to get invalid husband to our grandsons graduation at Red Rocks. Ordered batteries for his ancient handicapped scooter from an outfit in Colorado Springs who promised next day shipping and 2 day delivery. They did neither. Batteries scheduled to arrive after graduation.

These guys were amazing. Not only did they have them in stock, they figured out how to open the puzzle box they are installed in, changed them out and reassembled.

They saved graduation for our grandson and Papa.”
