“I’ve been a loyal customer of this O'Reilly location for many years. While I usually replace my own battery, I was in a rush today, and Matt, the assistant manager, stepped in to help. He quickly and efficiently swapped out the old battery for a new one. Matt also took the time to check my engine light and patiently walked me through some simple steps to address the issue. The team here is always friendly, and their customer service is outstanding.”
“I went in to get some blinker bulbs and when I asked at the counter if anyone knew how to change out side marker lights .. Cameron was quick to help me out and changed those pesky lights for me! He was great to make sure that everything worked properly.. I mentioned that I was driving home to Texas for the holidays and he went above and beyond to make sure all was up to par! “Awesome people!! Trying to get invalid husband to our grandsons graduation at Red Rocks. Ordered batteries for his ancient handicapped scooter from an outfit in Colorado Springs who promised next day shipping and 2 day delivery. They did neither. Batteries scheduled to arrive after graduation.
These guys were amazing. Not only did they have them in stock, they figured out how to open the puzzle box they are installed in, changed them out and reassembled.
They saved graduation for our grandson and Papa.”
“Tom and TJ were great! I was in a pinch and needed a new battery. I went to the store right before they closed. They let me use their tools to switch out the battery. They stayed open 15 minutes past close, which I very much appreciated to ensure I was good to go! Highly recommend this location.”

“Jerry was absolutely amazing. I couldn't get my wipers off of my front windshield and he helped me get them off, install the new ones I had and got me the odd size one I needed!
