Was trying to get my balance by phone because the app didn't seem to be working. Made 5 phone calls to attempt to get my balance- hung up on twice, transferred to Canada (I'm in Denver), and got put on hold indefinitely twice. I never did get my balance because I was then told I had to physically come into the bank to verify my identity.???? I miss Bank of the West. BeemO sounds like a clown. Hey kids, come see BeemO the clown doing a circus act.

The absolute disgusting behavior given to my mother and I today is a disgrace. She and I have had trouble with our online accounts being locked out and having to change out passwords every few days. Lucy Carabian rudely interrupted, told we were obviously doing something wrong and the new bank is more “technological” now. Even went as far to say “you are obviously not technologically savvy enough this is 2023 you know.” To see my mother crying and shaking after the encounter is awful. If I could of gotten a word in I could of told her I work in IT and so it is not a lack of ability. Since leaving I’ve spent a total of 30 minutes just trying to get someone to answer the phone at the location with no luck. We will be pulling our accounts because of Lucy. Lucy is a horribly nasty individual who has no right to a job.

I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. They don't return calls or investigate any issues surrounding the new account bonus. The requirements for this bonus have been met but for some reason my last direct deposit showed up as a "credit" which the bank claimed as a "payment" therefore they refuse to honor their agreement. On the other hand the customer care is useless as well even after filing complaints. Instead of defrauding customers and retaliating to complaints I suggest they just do what's ethical.

One of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. I unfortunately got a mortgage through bank of the west, and it never fails. Constantly something comes up with bank of the west that cannot let it pay on time and they of course fee you for it. Mine as well work with Wells Fargo. I'll be sure refinance as soon as rates go back down. What a circus

My experience with this location and Seanna has been dismal at best.I said at the outset of our relationship I was looking for a relationship banker. The branch manager said thank you for your business will do whatever we can to make things smooth.I was told I was going to get approved for a car loan, denied. I ask for what I need to do to make a right to get the loan, she insisted that I would be able to speak to her, the underwriter or branch manager. Never got a call back.There were phone calls and emails I had sent to Seanna that never we're replied to. I followed up after series of lack of communication and stated I was looking for somebody to be responsive in a reasonable fashion. That is not something that she does whatsoever.I would not recommend this person to manage a pile of diarrhea. And it looks like her immediate supervisor doesn't give AF either.

Worst customer advice at the branch. Called the 888 number and was taken care of 100% by customer care services. I will not go into the branch again and be told to jump through hoops when a simple phone call was all it took today.

Literally in shock after what the manager did to me. Frank Bianco was one of the most aggressive people I have ever come across and I cannot believe he has a job,he should be let go for customers safety,if you cannot control your temper then find another job where you are not dealing with people and their finances because I have a right to be upset when my cash deposit takes over 3 days to process. Why even have the option of a 24 hr ATM if it doesn't process for almost a week? Put money in on Friday and it's Monday night and I still cannot access that money. The women I spoke with said it would be in by 2pm and by this point I was already being late charged by capitol one and Comcast since the cash I put in was to cover expenses. Yes,I was very upset because by 4pm after countless phone calls (no answer let is ring over 30times) I walked into the bank very upset,I do not deny that but it's because my cash was not available and I was late on bills and the woman I spoke with was wrong and that's when frank Bianca decided to give me attitude for what I assume was appropriate. Yes I was upset,this is a money issue and I'm a business owner so I can't have issues like this. I was the customer who had been given false information and who had no access to my money. Frank asked what I was gonna do about it as if he was in a elementary school fight. You don't like dealing with upset customers sometimes? Well then don't work at a bank and kick people out for being upset that my time and money were both not in my control. This man needs to be fired and not work with the public. Waiting on corporate response and until then I will continue to suggest going elsewhere. Still horrified after he told me to get out of MY bank that I have all of my money in. Absolutely vile and very avoidable
