Undercarriage wash times out too fast. You rarely get to wash the underside of your car so it’s nice to go slower and have a good thorough wash but it cuts off when the car is halfway…

Dog Wash StationSometimes good sometimes badReliability issues. If all features are available it’s a good spot to wash a dog or a filthy kid even. Last visit one of the two areas had a label saying the dryer was not in service. The other one I used appeared to be in working order but there was no shampoo available. After applying conditioner the tub was backing up with water from a slow or clogged drain.I like the car wash here. Hoping the dog station gets some attention to address issues. A stronger air dryer would top it off.

One time the autowash ran without soap and now this time after waiting 40 minutes, as soon as it was my turn the autowash bay shut down saying out of order, and there were eight cars behind me so I just left. What a complete waste of time.

Way to close to get into far bay - scratched my car while going into the wash after the first two bays weren’t working and they asked me to move. Seems like a different issue every week and this was the last straw for me. Going to use a different company.

Overall decent car wash place. I like that you can just drive in, park, and the machines do the rest. They have a bunch of different choices for car washes. After trying all the options, the cheapest car wash is just as good as the most expensive one. So I only get the cheap one done now because what's the point?! Prices are between $12-25. The only thing that's better about the more expensive ones is that they dry your car off. If the weather is too cold, they do close the car wash so just beware because I've gone a couple times and it wasn't open. Depending on the time of day you go, it can be a long wait, but I've found weekday mornings aren't too busy. They have an app where you prepay for car washes, but I've noticed that people seem to have a hard time getting this thing to work so it's just easier to pay at the machine.

Beware AutoWash Province Center! Last couple times I've tried to get auto car washes at this place, I sit in line for 45mins and when it's my turn, the wash malfunctions and takes my code without a wash! Bay 2 and 3. Today witnessed this happening to 2 other people in the 45mins aI was there in both of those bays. Calling the number posted is of little help, and they are "understaffed so we don't have anyone onsite and few folks to answer the number of calls we are getting". Poorly maintained location. Good place to go if you want to kill time and return home with a dirty car.

We love Autowash. We go very frequently to keep our vehicles looking brand new. One suggestion I would make is, during the cold season locations are closed if the temp is consistently below 20 degrees. However, there is no knowing whether it has actually reopened when the temp reaches above 20 degrees. I drive a distance to use this specific car wash membership, but yesterday when it was above 20, I drove all the way there and they were closed. If there was a place on the mobile app that updated customers on when the automatic washes are open and closed due to weather, that would make things 10x better.

An excellent choice for year-round, touchless car wash membership. Self-service options as well. The dog wash room is a unique touch. Popular, paint-safe, and good locations.

Too many people using buckets and personal brushes on their wheels and car in the bays. This was The longest I've ever waited at a self-serve bay where there were no lines. Very Very hard water too, left very white spots on car so be sure to use the spot free cycle (I didn't).

You guys changing the time by 5 minutes is rediculous. Even with tho bonus time you’re lucky to get your whole car finished. Definitely not worth the $40 anymore I’ll be canceling if this doesn’t change

Usually love this place but they recently cut the self wash time down from 15 to 10 minutes without a change in price. If this doesn't change I'm sure many other members and I will probably be canceling. This penny pinching bs is old. Do better.

About the only place around with a brushless car wash. Doesn't do the best job especially the drying (pretty bad) but...... don't want my car scratched
