Bought a used 2017 F-150 and thought I got a pretty good deal on it at Auto Nation Ford And originally left a 5 star review!!!The buying experience went well, finding such a good truck at a good price. But that's only after I had to haggle over my trade in.Go figure, that's the dealership for you, buteither way, they came through for me.Let me explain the reason for changing the 5 star to the 1 star!!There service team absolutely dropped the ball to make me feel good about my purchase, and keep me as a loyal customer coming back over and over again!There were a few items that needed to be warranted. So I scheduled a service with the service department.First of all, It feels like they are severely understaffed in their service department.After multiple calls to the service department over three business days, and not one call back!! Finally, I just went down in person to get my questions answered and to make sure my truck was on the schedule for the right day.Once I dropped my truck off for its scheduled service, the service adviser was supposed to get me a ride home. I waited twice as long at the dealership, I was told the reason being, my service adviser forgot to even add me for a ride home.Not a good start there!Then we get to the truck,The driver's side door would not open or shut, due to a Ford recall on the driver door latch. Also, the motor belts that were recently put on by Auto Nation Chrysler were "inferior parts", causing a "horrible" squeak noise.The service advisor was going to make me drive all the way to the autonation Chrysler for the warranty work which is where they picked the truck up to sell to me.So, I got the manager involved,After arguing with the service department they agreed to do the work at Ford Auto Nation, instead of making me drive all the way to Chrysler. Duh!You're a Ford Dealer, and I bought the truck from you, even though you took the truck from the Chrysler lot, Why would I have to drive all the way back there. And why did I have to get the manager involved for this simple warranty?I used to work at a dealership and know what good customer service looks like. This was not it. Big fail for the service department. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.Despite all this nonsense,this is the second vehicle I've bought from Ford Auto Nation, and overall, I'm happy with the purchase!Probably won't use the service department ever again!! ?

My 2023 Maverick needed it's 10k maintenance and I was impressed with AutoNation Littleton. They performed all the checks, oil change, tire rot and minor recall item on time, as expected and keeping me informed along the way, but the real surprise was they picked up and dropped off my little truck at my home at no extra charge!

In and out in less than 1hr for routine 5K miles service. From a warmth greeting to continued updates throughout that included pictures of prechecks, to final signature, it was a pleasant experience.

I'm pleased with my experience with AutoNation Ford in Littleton. I found it easy to get an appointment and when I brought my truck in, I worked with Ethan who was very helpful. Work was done as requested and my truck has all repairs completed on the same day!

I came in Tuesday night needing an oil change quick, I had to go out of town for a family emergency. I came in and Adam said he couldn’t get me in right then but if I came back in the AM he would get me in and out super quick so I could get on the road! He got me in at 7:15 AM and I was out in an hour. It was unmatched customer service from anywhere else that I’ve gone!! Thank you does, and most importantly thank you Adam

Dewey is the man. Axel went above and beyond throughout the sales process. Their title guy made the transaction smooth and easy. Service was top notch from their team. Highly recommend buying from them. I will be a repeat customer.

Axel and Robert did a fantastic job helping me get my dream car! Axel was able to answer all my boyfriend's questions about electric cars and Robert worked really hard to get me to a final price point I was happy with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle

Setting up the appointment was extremely easy on my phone. I was able to pull straight in to the service area, meet Adam and get started. I waited for my oil change in the service lounge and it was a quick appointment. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.

0 stars. Don't ever work with John in Service. Had an appt booked for a month. Took it there left it for 4.5 hours and nothing was done - came to pick it up and he told me that I should expect to leave something for 4 -5 hours if I wanted it done. (4 things could've been fixed even if one couldn't) they did nothing. he promised a loaner and parts. never heard from him again. I left several messages and texts. He finally said the parts weren't there in Feb. I called Parts myself March 5 and they had everything. Never heard back from the service manager either. Terrible customer service.

I want share what a pleasure it was to work with Kyle Stevens. He was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining everything about a new F150 I purchased. He ensured the transaction was completed in short order and I was in my truck and ready to go. He is a good character and I will recommend him to others.
