They were happy to take measurements to confirm the specs, knowing full well I'd be taking the vehicle back to the other shop for a warranty on their work. Even gave me advice on my suspension tuning while I was there.
Fantastic service. I used them to turn my brake rotors some time ago and will happily give them more work in the future. A+”

“Good pricing and prompt service.. I did notice that the Febi Bilstien dpf pressure sensor replacement part had a very similar made in Malaysia label to the half price ones on scamazon, although it does have a legit looking box for what thats worth.. now the oem ones on my car also do not have any VW markings, vw part numbers or a manufacturer I recognize (vemo?) so who knows? I will say it looks quality, it works no issue, and it's a quarter of the price of an OEM one / the swap out is about at hard as checking your oil, which is why I rolled the dice here in the first place.”

“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”
“I enjoyed my visit to Meineke. They were quick with my oil change and all was smooth as silk.
Jason is a delight. I enjoyed my conversation with him. Also, they found an issue with my axle that the other guys never pointed out. The sooner I get it fixed the more money it will save in the long run. I really appreciated him and his work ethic. Not only did he tell me what I needed but he explained how it worked and why I needed it.

The technician sent me a detailed video covering everything they were working on and any items that needed my consent before doing. I was also able to utilize a complimentary loaner car while mine was being serviced. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car was returned to me washed and clean. “Sam & Danny (The Car Guys) provide a great service at a fair price. Very Trustworthy. Have brought my car in twice for service. The fist time they were able to properly diagnose the problem, that a couple of other shops didn’t. Thus, were able to fix the problem. And although they did suggest additional services my 20 year old car needed, none of those suggestions were the standard BS upsells I get from virtually every other shop.”

“Saved $1000 over similar service at a local BMW Dealer. Don't get me wrong, BMW Dealer Service is top-notch with the coffee bars and resting areas not to mention inspection videos and free car washes, BUUTT, when it comes to price, well, you pay for all that. I got both front/rear differential services, transfer case service, and coolant and brake fluid flushes (typ. 60K service) for about $1000. The dealer wanted $2000. In addition, I got all fluid levels toped and air pressure adjusted. The Platinum Auto waiting area is also clean, comfortable, and roomy with computer desks and free coffee. Finally, all of that took only about 3.5 hrs. The last time I was at a local BMW dealer it took nearly that long to get my oil changed! Lastly, Jeff was about the nicest BMW rep I've had, very helpful and knowledgeable about my machine. I'll be back, many times in the future.”

“The absolute BEST!!! Back in June I had my wheel hub replaced at Franklynn Automotive – the service was very timely and affordable.
Today, I visited my Audi dealership who told me my car coolant was empty. The dealership performed an in-depth coolant testing/analysis and told me there was a leak they could not find – they quoted me $230+ to refill the coolant. I then took my car to Dan at Franklynn Automotive to get my coolant refilled. After inspecting my vehicle, Dan let me know that my coolant was full, and the issue was actually with my sensor (Dan even took photos to show me this). I am so appreciative of Dan’s honesty and would sincerely recommend Franklynn Automotive to anyone looking to get maintenance/service for their car.”
“About 6 months ago, I had them do a break job on my Toyota Tacoma. After picking up the vehicle, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I took my truck into Toyota to have the issue checked. Eagle had used after market brake pads, which is not unusual; however, in this case, did not go well. I gave Eagle another chance to fix the situation, and they made it right.
I just had my truck in at Eagle again for an oil change this time. I picked the truck up after the oil change and now it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. I am taking it back into them to find and fix the issue. We shall see. Truck did not leak any fluid before taking it into them.”
