“I was driving my parents on C470 for a little vacation in the mountains when their car starting making noises. I pulled off & Coloradoland was right there. Jeff told us they had a full schedule that day, but he'd try to fit us in. It was raining out, but my parents, my dog, and I sat in their lobby for an hour or so, then he came out, told us he'd found a full fix with parts they had on hand... no worries, no cost, and he hoped we'd enjoy our vacation. I don't know what it was. Something under the car was scraping the ground, but we knew it wasn't drivable. We felt like he gave us a miracle.”

“Update, back in buying my 3rd topper from these guys. This one was less than smooth. Still a great operation but multiple misses this time and less than optimal resolution after sitting here for 2.5 hours. A bit disappointed, the topper didn’t come in correctly and I caught it, they didn’t. Now I am leaving with no topper and I am going to have to make a return trip in the future.Darrin is not only a good guy but he works hard to accommodate the customer and does it at a fair price!Amendment, A and A took care of me and all is good!”

“I was rear ended and got three estimates for the repair work. Classic's was the lowest, they were professional and responsive in providing the estimate, and they got good reviews. While the car was in the shop, I was kept informed daily via text with progress. The work was completed early. Despite some unexpected work, Classic was able to keep the price the same. The car was returned to me much cleaner than when it went in. Throughout the entire process, from estimate to completion, everyone was very polite and professional. I have had the car for a few days now, and there is no need for any additional work, I am very happy with the repair. Everything functions like new.”

“Owen is a god among men, or at least among car salesmen. He made the entire process easy and painless, which was a relief after several previous attempts at getting this deal done at other dealerships. He didn't try to give me the same BS every other dealership had, he was to the point and understood that i didn't want to sit through the same conversation again. He made the final test drive way more fun than it had any right being, and made me confident in my decision that this was the car for me. Even with an issue with my trade-in, the entire process was in no way stressful or felt like I wasn't getting what I needed and wanted from the deal. I walked out with a goregous car that I am excited to drive and with the relief of knowing I got the deal I deserved. Kia, i don't know what you're paying that man, but it is certainly not enough for how impressive of a salesman he is. A gentleman through and through. When my wife's Mustang had a battery issue this is the first place we brought it, because they could test the battery and the alternator identify the problem and help us repair it and fix it. It was the battery and so they installed a new battery. Always a friendly group of people in there, and very helpful.”

“Good pricing and prompt service.. I did notice that the Febi Bilstien dpf pressure sensor replacement part had a very similar made in Malaysia label to the half price ones on scamazon, although it does have a legit looking box for what thats worth.. now the oem ones on my car also do not have any VW markings, vw part numbers or a manufacturer I recognize (vemo?) so who knows? I will say it looks quality, it works no issue, and it's a quarter of the price of an OEM one / the swap out is about at hard as checking your oil, which is why I rolled the dice here in the first place.”
