The folks at Auto Hail and Dent Center did an incredible job on my 2020 GMC Sierra, that had a couple dents on both passenger side, and drivers side. One of which was right on the body line, which made me concerned it would be hard to fix. However, these guys got it done no problem, and made it look brand new. Very reasonably priced, and had it back in a few hours!

I took my car here due to the high reviews and confidence I had with the owner while giving me a quote.
I had 1 dent About 5" on the roof of my car most likely from a tree branch falling on it. I figured I would try PDR and see if that would be an option before going to a body shop. Shenan (The owner) looked the car over and said "We can do the work but will not be 100% perfect" I asked him to explain what I would have to deal with as for the imperfections. He stated "The dent will be gone but if you looked closely it may not be perfect to the naked eye". Neeldess to say- I was ok with it not being 100% perfect as it was a 10 year old car.
I received a call from the receptionist saying my car was ready for pickup. I looked at my car in the parking lot before walking in and noticed the job was not good and extremely evident that the job had went sideways. He cracked the paint on the roof about 2+ inches long and tried covering it up with random touchup paint he had at the shop (Not even near the cars color) the dent was now removed but was now a 5" bump!!! There were dozens of other bumps seen easily which were most likely from the tools that were used. The problem is- nothing was said to me over the phone to warn me of the mishaps and the job gone wrong.
I believe they thought I would not notice all the imperfections. Once I walked in to the shop I addressed Shenan of my huge disappointment with the job he had done. He said just give me $250 instead of the $900. He also stated "we should not have taken on this job to begin with as the dent was too sharp"?!?! Ok.... so why did you take on the job?? Why not just say "This is not a PDR dent"?!?!
I took the car afterwards to multiple body shops; they ALL asked who did the previous work as it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing!
It's disappointing I was charged even a penny!
In the end- I had to go to a body shop and fix what he made worse and get the entire roof repainted as well. Its perfect now and wish I would've just been told honesty to begin with so I could have had the job done right the 1st time.

I have had the opportunity to take a couple of vehicles here for paintless dent repair, dings from doors, hail, and other items. Each time, the customer service was top-notch, great pricing, and high-quality work.. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else and highly recommended to anyone needing dent repair.

The shop did a good job with the hail dents, but I just didn't feel like the value was there. Other hail companies will pay your deductible, and the shop charges an additional 2% for cards, even debit. They also bent my front license plate at some point while it was there.

Will and Shenan are the best. This shop does the best work and do anything possible to find the right parts and get the car done quickly. 5 stars for sure!
