We only intended to test drive a few models and check out some other brands but my wife fell in love with a Q4. Chris Pepper and team took great care of us and made the process as frictionless as possible. It was our second purchase from this dealership and judging from this experience we will be back again!

Extremely upset by my recent experience at this dealership. I’ve owned an Audi for many years and have never experienced such ineptitude nor terrible customer service. First, when scheduling a routine maintenance over the phone, I was told it would take only a few hours. When I arrived to drop the car off I was told this would take at least a full day. Additionally, my appointment time was 9am and my car was not even started on until 4pm that day. When I asked about this I was told the appointment time only reserves my car a spot in the line rather than an actual service time. In my opinion that is crazy and simply not how reservation systems are meant to work. The communication from my service advisor throughout this process was horrific as well. I was told I would get an update on my car the next day; I didn’t. So the following day when I inquired about the status of my car and its work, my service advisor told me it was being worked on as we spoke. Shortly after he corrected himself and told me they were actually still waiting on a part to come in, which means they were not working on my car when he told me they were and he was simply lying to try to tell me what he thought I wanted to hear even though it was untrue. When the service technicians identified an issue with my vehicle requiring what they quoted as a very expensive repair, they refused to entertain working with my insurance company. They pressured me to simply pay them thousands of dollars in cash instead of using my insurance and treated me like a second class citizen for wanting to go through insurance. After their refusal to cooperate with me and my insurance, I took my business elsewhere to a different Audi dealership to complete the repairs where they were willing to work with my insurance. At that dealership, I found out that the necessary repair was actually an easy and affordable repair rather than the $7000 part replacement that Audi Denver was trying to get me to do. No wonder they wouldn’t work with my insurance as I now know they were trying to scam me into paying them unnecessary exorbitant prices. I am horrified at the entire experience, the dreadful customer service, terrible communication, and worst of all their either complete incompetence regarding repairs vs their active efforts to rip off their customers. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Josh Tuttle was great to work with - patient, kind, very responsive and flexible. Craig, the manager, addressed and resolved a miscommunication right away. They both have been wonderful to work with and have provided above and beyond customer service. I hope they are both there when it comes time to trade in my lease for another Audi!

Shady dealership. I was sold a warranty that was supposed to be an 8 year warranty. They made it sound like it was 8 years from the date the car was purchased, but turns out it was 8 years from when it was manufactured, which made the warranty last 3 years less than the dealership made it sound when they sold it to me. I’m just finding this out 5 years later, now that the warranty is expired. I can’t even get ahold of anybody over there to talk to them about it, but judging from how they handled my next issue, I doubt they’d really care. I should have read the fine print but I was young and it was the first car I had financed or gotten a warranty for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they would be up front, especially considering how they tried selling the warranty on being an 8 year warranty, definitely making it seem like it was 8 years from the purchase date. They also stated my tires were 90% when I bought the car. The tires wore out in 1 year. When I brought it up to them they blamed it on my driving. The tires I bought to replace them lasted 5 years. I would definitely not buy a car from this dealership again. They keep pestering me with super low ball offers since the car is almost paid off. If you decide to buy from them, make sure to get all of the details because they will leave details out to make a sale and make it seem like things are better than what they’re really offering.

I had a very good and enjoyable experience at Audi Denver with Osama as my salesman. No nonsense and very informative and helpful. I will absolutely return, and will work with Osama again. I really fee like i got a very fair deal, and am enjoying my new Q3. Thank you!

I recently walked into Audi Littleton without an appointment and was immediately welcomed by their friendly staff. I was on the lookout for a brand-new Q3 to lease—a completely new experience for me that was both exciting and nerve-wracking. Fortunately, Derek Fernandez was there to make the entire process absolutely fabulous.
Derek’s expertise in leasing and his guidance every step of the way turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, ensuring that I felt confident and informed throughout. By the time I got my keys to my new car, I knew I had made the right choice.
I also want to extend my thanks to Alex Rogers from the financial department. Alex was instrumental in guiding me through the financial aspects of leasing. His honesty and openness were much appreciated, and he made sure I understood every detail.

Look no further- best Audi dealer in denver hands down
I went in to simply test drive 1 of 5 different car brands I was looking to POSSIBLY purchase in late fall 24’ or early 25’
Miles welcomed me in with zero pressure from the moment I walked in, matched my style when it came to easy going and casual (I hate pressure sales), and was very happy to go at my pace.
5 days later, I’m signing paperwork for that exact car we test drove and it’s because of miles (and the manager Davis).
Both were exactly what I would look for when dealing larger purchases in life- heard me out, gave me their opinions and advice but never in a way that I didn’t appreciate and respect.
It’s my first Audi and it was honestly 3rd on my list of car brands I was looking at l, but I bought because the of Miles. The car is great too of course
Morale of the story is Miles is the gem you look for when making purchases like this, and his team compliments him well.
Hit them up if you are ready to buy, or causally searching. You’ll be treated the same either way and will walk away with a great experience

While you do receive the service you expect at Audi Denver from a high-end car dealership, i.e. timeliness, responsive, and so on. This review is about an ongoing issue we had with a technology aspect of our car. Not mechanical, nothing that prevented use of the car.
After several attempts to resolve over a significant period of time I pushed back once again. The difference this time is I was contacted by Craig (Sales Manger) and I was very impressed. Craig owned the problem and stayed with it until it was resolved. He found the correct people to fix the issue. Sam with the assistance of Eric resolved the issue in no time. Our dealings with each of these three people was outstanding, pleasant and their competence was refreshing.

Cannot utter the words to describe the most adequate and such phenomenal experience with sale and service. Blatantly the out most respect and props to the people who work here. Glorious restrooms. I love it. Evan in service was just beyond helpful with my car. Bill is also quite the guy helping me find the car for me.
