Do not buy from this dealership. Period.I have never dealt with a less professional group of car salesmen in my life. Not only were they difficult to work with and slow, but they do not listen when you speak.I was very clear with the financer that my schedule was busy until EOY and what days I would be in and out of town. I told them which days I would be where as I travel for work, and scheduled a notary. The financer sent the notary to the wrong location and I was 400 miles away as I had told him. Their only focus was on selling me extremely overpriced add ons as opposed to actually getting me my vehicle.After calling back to reschedule the notary, the financer was very irritated me and I was asked to wait until I am back in town to sign the papers. I told him this was ridiculous and that I had specified this beforehand.I was transfer to the general manager, who showed nothing but a lack of interest and told me that "he had his team on it". His team "has been on it" and it seems that all they can do waste time and money on an "already sold car" sitting on their lot. I am wasting a non insignificant amount on a rental car because of this dealership's lack professionalism and incompetent team.As of writing this, it has been over a week since I wired them half of the down payment on this vehicle. I purchased this exact same vehicle less than 3 months ago from a dealership in Dallas seemlessly with no issues. This is the least professional car dealership around, avoid at all costs.

Purchased two cars from this dealership and they are the most uninterested, unorganized people I've ever dealt with at a luxury car dealership. I bought my car outright with cash and the finance manager was too busy looking pretty to realize he had a job to do. This wasn't my first Audi but it was my last. It was a two year old q5 that had a ton of electrical problems that the techs couldn't figure out or get right so a month after I purchased it I traded it for a new bmw. Just very unhelpful people with snooty attitudes that they shouldn't have because their vehicles don't add up anymore.

Love Audi Denver. They sold me my old A3 in 2015 and my Q3 in 2021. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful, willing to listen and negotiate. Fair trade in assessments. The service department is top notch, I typically wait for my car in the lobby (equipped with a cafe & internet, plus a whole fridge of complimentary beverages). Everyone is attentive and ready to provide only the best service. If taking you car in, schedule with Mike. He's friendly and kind - and will get your car through in a window that won't keep you there all day but makes sure to cover a thorough overview of your car, ive never had any questions or issues!

I wanted to pass on a PERFECT 5-STAR experience with my new 2024 Audi Q8 etron purchase experience. I had been looking around and called and emailed a few local dealers, and I received a range of non-responsive dealerships, to "not able to actually give you the advertised price on our website". Well ... Audi Denver to the rescue. I simply called in, and Sales "PROFESSIONAL" Miles Malsam answered the phone. I told him what I wanted, he went to work and in a few calls and texts got the car and pricing nailed down exactly as he promised. Having the right person is key to it all and Miles was honest, quick, efficient and professional. I went over a few days later to pick up my new SUV and do the paperwork and everyone at the dealership was A+!!! It's actually a nice dealership, and it was busy ... I guess Everyone in Denver wanted an Audi that day. They also had good inventory, service had to help with one little item and they were quick and perfect as well. Long Story short, the dealership provided a terrific experience, the people were great, quick, honest, and to the penny "as promised". And mostly, a good Sales Professional can make life soooo much easier when buying a car, and Miles Malsam is a nice, experienced, PRO - I'd ask for him! Thanks Team! *Since purchase date, I love the Q8, and they have followed up to ensure I'm happy. A++, 5 STAR!

Haven't been to this dealer in a while - living in another state. Had a 95K service done and was really disappointed at the customer service. This was my first experience with the lack of communication between me and service agent. I will try the service dept. in Parker next time.

10/10 recommend checking them out for pre-owned and new vehicles. Customer service was 10/10 , very great people to work with. They made financing a vehicle very easy. I never write reviews unless it was a great experience. Please check out Audi Denver first before any other dealers in the area. Thank you Logan and Carson!

Bought a 2013 A6 3.0T haven't driven the car 3000 miles and its broken down. Water Pump / Thermostat. This is exactly why I bought this car from an Audi DEALER, to not have this happen! Sales guy wont return my call! EXTREEMELY DISAPOINTED.

Buyer beware...car was advertised online. I called and spoke with a sales person and asked if the car was still available before I drove down. She confirmed that it was so I drove 40 minutes there and asked for her (Brooklyn). Upon arriving she tells me that the car was sold as she couldn't find it and realized it was sold, but if I was interested in looking at a few other cars that are similar. BAIT AND SWITCH! I asked her to see the paperwork from that sale so I could see the date...of course she goes into an office and comes back with a one line handwritten log that said this car was sold...I want my time back and will submit a complaint with the state. Complete BS at this dealership to be able to do this. Look at making your purchase somewhere more reputable.

My husband and I have owned 4 Audis and the customer service has always been 5 stars until the last couple of years. I have been trying for 2 years to have the issue with my Audi Connect fixed the car has never been able to get connected. I have talked with sales people, service people, and new car managers. They all promise to help but then never follow up or even call back when they say they will. So 2 years later still trying to get this feature to work. I also had issues with the clear bra on the car and left several messages and did not get a call back. When I dropped in they told me I needed to talk with Finance and they were finally able to get it scheduled but when I need to reschedule I called Finance to cancel and reschedule no phone call back. I did get an email about my appointment for the day I scheduled for and when I emailed back and said I left a message to cancel and reschedule she apologized about not getting the message but she did call right and we were able to reschedule.Brianna in customers service responded quickly. I left a message for Keith about the issue with Audi connect. and have not received a call back. I also left a message for Erin and have not heard back.

Not at all impressed with this dealership. Showed up late afternoon and it was not crowded. 1 salesperson was with a customer but several others were just sitting around doing nothing. My wife and I had come in wanting to possibly purchase a Q4 but we couldn't get the time of day from anyone on staff. We waited there literally staring at salespeople for over 15 minutes who would shoot the breeze with each other and then walk away. Finally after 20 minutes of never even having someone acknowledge our existence we left. It's a shame, I really like Audi as a product but we will not be returning to this dealership.

I contacted this dealership regarding a specific vehicle that I found advertised on their website. They were quick to respond. I have done my own research and know exactly what I want, and for what price, and according to the web site and salespeople, they had it. Because I am from out of town, I offered full msrp and a credit card deposit to hold the car until I could travel there to complete the transaction. This was accepted, but at the last moment the gentleman informed me that I would be charged 5,000 more for a "ceramic coating". Non negotiable! I grew angry and rescinded my offer. Later the manager called trying to salvage the deal, which I refused because I'm tired of amateur manipulation. If the market determines that the car is worth more than msrp, then so be it, and disclose this at the beginning. But then the manager let it slip that they didn't actually have the car on site, and were having it shipped from another dealership, which is blatant false advertising. This crap is rampant across the country, and it's the people who really need a car or are uninformed who get screwed. I will buy the exact same car up the road.

AUDI Denver is going to be an unforgettable memory, I came to this dealership anxious and nervous due to the fact I'm a first time buyer. That being said my salesman Matthew treated me like royalty, the car I first laid my eyes on was bought before my upcoming appointment to test drive so Matthew found a great alternative. Which then led to a couple conversations and looking around for other options as I told him my price range and what I would be comfortable financing, he respected that indefinitely and for the most part kept patience with my never ending questions as well as being transparent. Finally came the question of financing how much I would be able to put down and then again being in a position of comfortablity on monthly payments, being a first time buyer a hefty down payment is required along side the interest rate, Bernard who greatly with preserverance negotiated an unbeatable finance option for me I was more than grateful from entering the dealership and thinking maybe I shouldn't be here to picking up my first official audi a4 on Saturday (tomorrow) I couldn't be any happier with how I was treated, shown true compassion of one's dignity to accomplish a dream for a kid like me. I will always be grateful for both Matthew & Bernard!

One of the worst service experiences I've had with any car. This is the first really nice car I've owned, and until now it's been a pleasure. If this is the elitist, poorly communicated, heel-dragging service that Audi Denver now offers, my joy ride is over. I'll get back in my lane. The facts:Friday morning. Steering goes out. I pay to get it towed there, as Audi Care won't cover it. Phone call early afternoon from service tech James, promising a diagnosis either later that day or as a high priority on Saturday.Friday afternoon. Nothing.Saturday. Nothing.Monday. I call. "James isn't in today." "OK, did my car get diagnosed?" "Nothing in our computer." "That's not good. Can anything be done today so I can plan my week?" "You could always come pick up your car and take it somewhere else." "The steering is out." "Oh."Tuesday. Diagnosis gets done, I approve recommended services. James: "We'll get the part in today or tomorrow."Wednesday. Nothing.Thursday. I call. James: "Sorry, the part still isn't in, maybe this afternoon." "You don't know?" "No." "Fine, but please update me tomorrow no matter what so I can plan ahead." "Sure, you'll have it back for the weekend."Friday. Nothing.Saturday morning. I call: "I just want to know how to plan my weekend." "James will call you back in a few minutes." Two and a half hours later, I call again. James: "Hey, I just got back from lunch. I'll talk to the mechanic now." I wait. James: "Not sure what's going on. Looks like he did part of the repairs, but now he's gone. Nothing in our computer. Won't be done until Monday at the earliest. Someone will call you Monday while I'm out."Monday. Nothing.Tuesday morning first thing I am notified my car is ready. Obviously it was ready the day before, but nobody covered for James as promised. I get my car back end of day.Thursday I go to look at the engine and they've broken my hood. I call. James: "Nothing in the computer about that. I'll talk to the mechanic."And that's where we stand. Think they'll man up and fix what they broke? Looking now at all the bad reviews for Audi Denver Service, I'm doubtful.

My husband and I have an S5 convertable. We had an appointment today with Sam Splichal to help us set up our Audi App to sync our phones to the car. Not to bluetooth for using the phone, but the Audi App that does so much more. He was patient and walked us through the process and everything works for both of us. Sam is another example of the top level of customer service everyone at McDonald Audi has given us since we bought our S5.Thanks Sam!Dawn Fleming

Found an incoming Audi Q3 Turbo blue coming to this dealership. I paid the e-deposit yesterday. But the first thing they did was asked me to cancel my deposit and more than double it! I will not deal with shady people like this. I would give them zero stars.Not going to deal with untrustworthy people.
