This review is from my mother Stephanie. I am reporting that I did not have a good experience at Aspen Medical Supply on Saturday, January 20, 2024. I called in advance to order a wheelchair rental. When I went to pick up the wheelchair I was not greeted nicely by the guy at the front desk. I later came to realize he was the store manager. I said hello upon entry and he barely spoke and didn't make eye contact. He asked me why I was there as he walked away with out acknowledging me. When I told him he asked me where the wheelchair would be left. When I replied he gave me a very sarcastic response which offended me. As I waited for him to complete the paperwork I saw him turn his back to me and take his finger and aim it through his gray pants up to his anus and dig in his anus in my presence. I was totally appalled and speechless. He assisted me out to my car with the wheelchair. My daughter was waiting and spoke to him. He mumbled back at her. He put the chair in her trunk. Once she got in the car she mentioned to me that while standing at the side of her card he stuck his finger in his anus. I told her he did the same thing to me. On the morning of Monday, January 22, 2024 I called to report him and I asked to speak with the manager. He said he was the manager. It was awkward but I proceeded to tell him about his behavior on Saturday and how it offended me and my daughter. He told me "I'm sorry if you felt that way but this is how I am." He never apologized for his rude and bizarre/unprofessional/offensive behavior. I wanted him to be reprimanded. However, he was the manager so that was not going to happen. I am sharing this for all future customers to be ware.

We rented a knee scooter here. Their store is near Littleton Hospital. High quality, stable scooter and friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I will not be able to express how grateful I am for this place. In a freak accident my Mom stumbled and fell, breaking her sternum. It has been hard to see her in pain and once she was released from the hospital, getting her comfortable while she healed became my #1 priority. I started calling around to multiple places trying to find her a chair that she could get in and out of comfortably as well as provide her a safe place to rest at night. Aspen Medical had just what we needed! I was not there when they delivered the chair but they showed up on time, set everything up as well as took out my Mom's trash and recycling for her! Needless to say they went WAY above and beyond to take care of my Mom. I am not sure who the 2 men were who delivered that day but God bless you.If you are looking for a company that will treat your family member in need as their own check out this place.

I sincerely appreciate the team at Aspen medical supply. Unfortunately my mother passed away the day they came to deliver. They refunded the charges without me even asking. Their kindness and compassion is above and beyond.

Can’t say enough about the service an professionalism exhibited at Aspen. From talking on the phone to visiting their facility I was treated as a friend. Barb, Dewey an Chris went above an beyond providing outstanding customer service. From this point on they have my business even tho it’s a 300 mile drive to the “big city”. Highly recommend you also do business with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Aspen Medical Supply we have bought a hospital bed and a electronic sit to stand assist and they have been great to work with. We have had to move to a few different facilities and most recently we moved them back home and could not get them to work Aspen came out within a few hours and fix them both at no charge wow what amazing customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about this place we have bought a hospital bed and many other items including an electronic lift assist. We have had to move it a few times between a few different facilities and most recently had some issues with both after the last move. They came out in 2 hours and fixed both at zero charge. WOW what amazing customer service. Thank You

I initially purchased a medical bed for my uncle. Later, I had the bed moved to his new home. I had them move it for me, they were on time & did a fantastic move. Then, my uncle thought my mom would like the bed bc he Loves the bed. So, we called them again, and had the bed moved to my mom's. Again, on time & careful - very nice. They were kind enough to even take over the bedding to my mom's, along with the bed. I personally didn't want anyone else messing around with the bed, but after watching how the bed is moved - it's not difficult, we could have moved it ourselves, I was grateful they do moves bc we were so tired of moving. They helped up with the purchase and all the moves. The bed is extremely comfortable and easy to move - or they'll help you out with that.

Barbara was extremely helpful when I called today. When she learned that I needed a Medicare-approved supplier, she gave me the names and phone numbers of some nearby suppliers. Her help led me to a highly-rated supplier that I otherwise would not have discovered. Thanks, Barbara!

My elderly mother came to stay with us for a few weeks because the caregiver for her where she lives went on vacation. We discovered my mother struggled getting up/down from a seated position. I called Aspen to rent a recliner with a power lift. 90 minutes later it was set up and in my house, clear across town from where this business is located. It isn't possible for me to be more impressed or satisfied with their service. Top notch! I'd give more than 5 stars if possible!

Rented a semi-electric hospital bed for an extended stay in Highlands Ranch. Deanna was very helpful in helping to get the right bed for our needs. They delivered to the hotel, set up and picked up when our stay was over. It was set up in the room when we arrived and they picked up the day we checked out. We had absolutley no problems with it. They were flexible and worked to accommodate the dates we needed. We felt the rental rate was very reasonable. Would use them again without hestitation!
