Always a pleasure shopping at places where the employees (some) treat you like you killed their mother. Especially this one…(see photo) that pretty much MFked me the 10 feet she had to walk to unlock the bathroom. Making bothered noises loud enough so that I know that how dare I wake her up from her nap on her free time. Oh wait ☝? it’s not her free time. She’s at work and getting paid. I’m going to ask her to open the bathroom door every single time I come her from now own even if I don’t have to go and synchronize our unsatisfied breathing patterns and roll my eyes at her as she did. I really wish there were consequences for employees with attitude. Thanks doll. You’re really doing great at life. Keep up the good work. You are the face and attitude of ARC. See you next time. Have your key ready ? ?.

As I was browsing a gentleman (I believe the manager who keeps getting these negative reviews) told me I could not carry my bad and I had to leave it in the front of the store where it could easily be stolen. I asked for any alternatives and none were offered. It is clear how much the staff care about the shoppers. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Love hate relationship with this location. It's right near downtown Littleton so there always seems to be traffic, the parking lot sucks since it's busy and chock full of potholes and just seems to be a pain to get in and out of each time I go. The crowd is a mix of all walks of life so that keeps spicy as well as their stellar 50% off most tags sale on Saturday. I recently found UGG, Lululemon, J Crew and Athleta, call me a happy gal and send me on my way! The parking lot sucks but the redeeming quality is that they have a taco truck parked there a number of days during the week for breakfast and lunch, plus a Starbucks in the same center as well. Thrift store shopping, taco truck and coffee? That is my Holy Trinity.

Love coming to this store, especially on Saturdays when most things are 50% off. I have found so many great items here, including clothing, furniture, household items, shoes, books, art supplies, holiday decor, and things for school (like teacher supplies).

I have shopped here daily for years, since before it was an Arc, and was a Savers thrift store. Recently I have noticed extremely poor service, With such high turnover, you see this from time to time. Usually the bad employees dont stick around long. However over the last 7-8 months the store has really gone down hill. Store Management mistreats, and allows employees to mistreat customers, and does not support the notion of providing good customer service. Many workers are temporary, appear disheveled, and have a 100% language barrier. It appears they rarely hire special needs people anymore (which were usually the nicest employees there) This equates to a very messy store, inconsistent pricing, and a terrible environment for people with younger kids. Employees hoard away good merchandise, as they have it priced super low for them self, or other employees to purchase. You can tell they are doing this as they will bring out several carts of items to be shelved. Since forever customers have been fully allowed per company policy to shop these bins. That is why they bring them all out etc... Certain employees will push carts back into the back for seemingly no reason, other than to keep customers from shopping them... I have witnessed on more than one occasion various employees failing to handle disputes with customers. From refunds, to pricing, to reports of employees mistreating customers, including an adult with special needs. They just don't seem to care. There is certainly a group of employees who seem to think that the store is there personal space, and not a public shopping venue. The Woodlawn shopping area is generally worn down, and will most likely be completely demolished, and re-developed within 5-10 years.

Management are crooks and fire people for stealing when they are the worse culprits and have preference to who buys the items they take home high end goods

If you like to bring you pooch to shop, this seems to be a popular place to do it. If the employees are busy you may not be able to get anyone to open the bathroom for you. Saturday is the popular day because half price on four ticket colors is the only way the price is acceptable for used items, so the line to check out can be long, be prepared to wait.

Young employees were busy talking to there coworkers and forgot to ring us up on a sale. We then had to have the supervisor give us a refund and give us up the sale, but they ended up not giving us the refund and we were charged twice. Luckily it wasent a lot of money. Also, do not buy electronics here unless they are on sale, as arc gouges for them, even if there old and untested/broken. Buyer beware. Store is also very dirty, and beware of scuzzy community; lock your car doors and watch yoru back, especially at night.

Prices in the store are like retail. Can’t find a good deal anymore because they are competing with online resellers. I won’t be shopping here anymore because full retail for used items in a thrift store is not good business.

Decent place but super filthy/run down and full of creepy poor people. Other location across from Arapahoe High is much nicer, well organized and good prices
