Ryan did estimated the job and alternatives clearly and then was able to do the install right then!! He did a great job. Very happy with opener etc.! Definitely would call on them again.

I didn't know they were here because nobody rang my doorbell. This is a photo taken from inside my garage and the weather stripping is not snugged up on the inside. Maybe that doesn't make a difference with how effective the weather stripping will be. I am assuming that if it's tight on the exterior it will be okay.
In response to your response: I have 2 loud Alexas that announce that someone is at my front door. I was in my kitchen, 5' from one of those Alexas, and did not hear any announcement. If you rang it more than once, there is no way i could miss it. I was waiting for you to show up.
Forget about whether you rang the door. The question i now have is, since my garage door was up and you worked on it from the outside, did you not think to look to see if there was a separation between the weather stripping and the garage door frame on the inside. That would have been a very quick thing to take a look at. It would have been a very thorough and complete way to repair what you came all the way to repair

It's been such a frustrating experience trying to find a garage door company that is respectful and not only looking out for their profits. I can tell you that my search has now ended. At approximately 2:15 pm I called and informed receptionist that my garage door spring was broken. She informed me that a technician would be there between 3-5 pm and said that he’d text me when he was on his way. 10 minutes later she texted me that he was on his way! By 3:45 pm the repair tech, Thomas had replaced both springs and adjusted my door for smoother opening and closing! Very happy with the quick service and friendly receptionist and technician. This is the second time I have used there services (installed garage door opener previously) and would highly recommend this company.

Worked with these guys on and off over the years under various names due to mergers and acquisitions. They did my door several years ago and it was great. Recently had an issue with door alignment due to some settling. They had a tech out the same day who was courteous, efficient, and had the door working smooth and quiet again in short order. Highly recommend
