Loretta McGill never returns my calls. I tried to do couples and individual therapy and was told there is no one available and I’ll be put on a waitlist. I requested to speak with Loretta and she never calls.

Do not waste your time with AllHealth. I have now gone 4 days without my medications. They have no psychiatrists and barely trained therapists. Seek treatment elsewhere, you will not find it at AllHealth Network.

Do not go to this pathetic office. I was discharged without being told . Apparently a letter was sent out. This is not a establishment that cares about patients or mental health . STAY AWAY !!

It took changing therapists 3 times (which is normal) but I was with an incredible therapist here for 2 years & feel I benefited immensely from talking out my problems with her. I only left because I had to move states, otherwise I would've continued treatment here for the foreseeable future. This was my first experience with therapy & I feel lucky to have gone here by chance & had the best outcome I could've hoped for. I cried after my last session knowing I'd have to start over somewhere else with a new therapist. ?

You might as well stay and keep your depression to save it for people who cares about you. Same people who talks to you but less people who listen and said they save the conversation for people who are "in need" I would recommend counseling with someone you can pay money to. If you depend on Medicaid, you pay what you get for. But I'm sure people get paid to work here. But not enough people to listen. I know they are tired of listening to me!!! So if there is a big problem I won't call and I hàve the worst counselor who has not called me back and said she was "sick". They just don't want to talk to me or deal with me. Sounds like I'm out of Medicaid funds!!!

The Team is there only for themselves to accept your insurance money. They have flat out refused and denied myself my client records and continue to purposely not have time today to help any 1 of my several noted attention needs. They are government workers making large personal values at our ins. Expenses. Maybe next week we could talk more. Gotta go. Nonprofit company my #1@!

Made an appointment here for the 1st at 2 and drove 30 mins to my appointment. The receptionist told me they wouldn't take me because I hadn't finished my paperwork before noon the day prior even though I received no notice of this "rule." I am very dissapointed in the way I was treated and I do not plan on continuing to ask for care from these people.

I recently did an intake with All Health Network because I am in dire need of case management services. I was matched with a caseworker in Parker because she was available, and I don’t want to keep waiting to access health care as a person with a chronic illness.Unfortunately this person has NO intention of helping me in any way. She said she would follow up with DHS on my behalf, she did not. She said she would get me a list of doctors I could see while I’m in the Medicaid application process, she did not. She offered me nothing but her Googling and giving the first advertised result at the top of the page. She expected me to do everything I was seeking help for through case management services. She even suggest that I, an immunocompromised person, go to DHS in person to get my application, that I submitted in November 2021, figured out. I started crying during my 10 minute call with her because complete lack of competence or desire to help. To which she did not apologize or offer any resolution, just asked if I wanted to book another appointment. This is not a NONPROFIT ORG. They prey on people in need, take money from chronically ill / impoverished Coloradans and copy paste replies to bad reviews. If there are any Therapists or Caseworkers with All Health that do their job I would not know, my entire experience was a complete nightmare.

I have no issues with the therapist I see. She is phenomenal and instead of only talking about my pain she is going after how to heal from it and call out my trauma when I have a flashback. I am very blessed to have found her.

Absolutely incompetent pharmacy staff don't pick up the phone. Let my wife go days without her medicine which it's important she takes. When they do finally get in touch with you days or in this case weeks later if at all you get treated like a nuisance. But you all are the ones ducking calls ironically.

Awful! They haven't changed from when they were the horrible Arapahoe/Douglas, only the name changed. Still, because I am desperate to get help for PTSD caused by abuse I was willing to give them another chance--I hadn't dealt with them in over ten years. At first I was impressed--they got me on meds thru a rx doctor and put me on a waitlist for a therapist. The rx doctor was really good, and the rx's really helped me. I was even able to go three weeks sober on them (I had been self medicating with alcohol which was why I was trying to get therapy, because I didn't want to drink anymore.) Then out of the blue my rx dr is gone, she's leaving AllHealth, and I have to start all over with another doctor. This was where the old Arap/Douglas Network monster Returned. I had to have my meds refilled--I went through a week of fighting with them and Walgreens to get the meds refilled, with both nastily telling me to get the refills fixed by the other. It was absolute hell and I started drinking again. This bender wound me up in the hospital btw, and I'm now sober thank God, but AllHealth is absolutely horrible and did nothing but make my issues worse. I had had to go into detail with my first rx dr about why I have PTSD, and to have to start all over with another rx dr and have to retraumatize myself again to get the meds refilled is just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies, it is absolutely awful and no one deserves to be treated like that. Why did they assign me to a dr that they knew was leaving? Because they have to give notice, or, if they're interns, AllHealth knows when their internship is up. To say this place is at the least unprofessional is being polite. Luckily I'm getting some help now from my PCP and hopefully will from other places also, I will not be trying these people again no matter what they change their name to.
