Dude who leaned into my car to eye the odometer absolutely reeked of fresh cigarette smoke. The stegosaurus cashier swiped my CC *before alerting me to the credit-card surcharge.

I was waiting in line 4/4. They were walking up and instructing everyone on where to go at their window. As such I was not sitting there staring at garage waiting for instructions. Jim walks up to the hood of my car and SCREAMS “COME ON LETS GO JESUS!” at me. Beyond rude it was triggering. Everyone else has been extremely kind and I have been here many times. But as they had walked to the window and directed everyone in a speaking tone before me my music was loud and I was not paying attention to hand signals from thirty feet away.
Edit: Jason(manager) talked with me and apologized and refunded my money

This station tested my vehicle three times but repeatedly had computer and equipment failures. Only one lane was open, others shut down due to technical issues. My vehicle passed each time but they could not produce the report and told everyone to go to a different location. Total waste of time and it’s egregious that they’re only open until 5. Really makes you think
