I had agreat experience at this Ace hardware! I had a unique piece of hardware I needed to find. A member of the team at Ace (sorry I didn't catch his name, he is a tall gentleman with white hair) helped me find the piece & made some adjustments to it so it would properly fit the picture frame I was trying to fix. You won't find service & knowledge like that at those big stores. Thank you!

They have everything you could possibly want. Their prices are a little high on some items, but you'll get what you were looking for. The staff at this location are great!

Came to get propane on our food truck and as the gentlemen came out to assist the lady working on propane, his words were “I hate these damn trucks”. First time experiencing something like that and it was just very unprofessional.

I went to this location to buy a paint brush and look at smokers. The paint representative was having difficulty getting the paint brush because of the inventory control feature on the shelf. After getting the paint brush off the shelf he says "You can thank Joe Biden for that." I was shocked. I asked him what Joe Biden had to do with that and he then says "I just blame Joe Biden for everything." I have never seen something so unprofessional. I told him and the store owner that I'll never spend another dollar at their location.

Excellent lawmower service. Fair price. Price quoted was price paid. Repairs completed prior to estimated completion date.

Most favorite Ace Hardware ever and I've been going there off and on for about 20 years. Propane prices are a little high unless you get their punch card. The gift selection is incredible and no matter what you're looking for everybody is very helpful! Wish they would always have popcorn! It is the best

Tremendous local hardware shop! Came in with a bolt that I needed a nut for. While poking around looking for the loose hardware, ran into Dave. He eyeballed the bolt, walked me over to the fasteners, and grabbed the right size nut on the first try. In and out in only 4 mins for just $0.24. Doesn’t get better than that.

Terrible store , no one that works there no nothing about hardware. The supplies they have are a joke. Can’t find anything here . Not a good hardware store at all.

Had a terrible experience at this store today Older lady working by the light bulbs 08/13/24 was awfully rude for absolutely no reason I went into this store looking for a item that said “in stock” online and once showing this lady the item I was looking for I was told “I don’t care they are downstairs in boxes I’m not getting them from you”
I would suggest that management be mindful about the customers coming in store looking for items that say in stock online . I would also suggest to that employee if you don’t like your job don’t go to work!
Called the store on columbine and was helped to find my SAME items switfly, and RESPECTFULLY. Thanks Jim!
Won’t be coming back to the Kipling location probably ever.

I typically love Ace and the wonderful employees, however was very taken aback by the rudeness of their younger employees at the cash register this evening. I am currently on crutches, and was denied assistance retrieving a final item because they were “closing in 5 minutes,” and was told to “come back in the morning.” The older gentleman at the entrance however was very helpful and kind. Perhaps he could offer some lessons on customer service.
