Came in at 9:28 on Wednesday October 16 to buy coffee but 1 there wasn't any made & 2 when I was holding the door for the employee he found it appropriate to punch the door when I was by it & was over all really aggressive up until he saw me take a photo of him

Always I found fresh hot food and coffee ,store looks neat and clean and employee are friendly.

It smells terrible and the service is horrible. The clerk didn’t acknowledge me or make eye contact. Too busy on his cell phone. When I asked for a bag, he put it on the counter for me to bag everything myself. What a dump. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

They were rude and could hardly speak English. While I was in the store one of the cashiers yelled at the other one rite in front of everyone. I lost my wallet in the parking lot and tried calling for 1hr and Nobody would answer the phone.

Horrible pumps....Cleaning and Maintaining them would speed them up...Employees are rude and horrible.....Took 45 minutes to get 5.543 gallons of fuel.I finally stopped and went across the street to Circle K and got 45 gallons in 8 minutes....Oh and the employee's over there are way nicer....Won't ever come back to this place would rather run out of fuel and walk 20 miles for help....Close it down and start all over....

Scariest experience and will never be returning. Early this morning around 12:30am, I went to get gas on my lunch break. When I walked in to pay, the clerk and his friend were standing behind the counter, and when I checked out I was bombarded with questions from the clerk while his friend remained silent. He asked how old I was, why I was out so late, where I work, etc. I left the store quickly and went to pump my gas when his friend began approaching my car. I shut my door, locked it and this man came up to the door trying to get in, banging on my windows, demanding I allow him to use my phone. I screamed at him to get away from my car, which he did, but not for long. Once my gas was done pumping and was heading around the back of my car to get in, the man sprints to my car. The clerk you may ask, was standing at the door smiling. I pulled out of the parking lot as fast as possible, and called 911. Please be aware of your surroundings here. Staff is in on it too..

Today is February 14th, 2022, and the clerk at the counter at about 5pm denied me service because I was legally openly carrying my firearm, which is 100% legal in the State of Colorado, and most certainly in Littleton. 80% of Littleton's citizens carry openly or concealed. He claimed he didn't "feel safe", and denied me service, although it is my constitutional right to legally protect myself by carrying a firearm, correctly in it's holster. I have never been denied service, even in the most liberal cities, when I carry. This is the first time I have ever been denied service for legally practicing my 2nd Amendment right afforded to me by the US Constitution. I ask politely that this man gets fired, or transferred to another location. This is Littleton. Wrong city to work in if you're afraid of Law Abiding Citizens that legally carry firearms. I went across the street to the other gas station and mentioned to the nice clerk who worked there, and he had said at least about 5 times a week, customers are denied service by that specific cashier over his political opinions. I will be returning soon to speak with a manager about this dudes unprofessionalism. By his logic, I'm the bad guy, but if something happened in the store, he'd be calling people with firearms, AKA The Police. I am beyond blown away at this cashiers righteousness to think it's okay to kick people out of that 7/11 over political opinions. I have never hurt a soul. Do the right thing, and replace this idiot who's hurting this stores daily business. There's a reason why this store only had 1 review before me, and it was also a 1-star rating. I look forward to speaking to management. I would recommend shoppers go to the gas station across the street where the cashier is totally fine with their customers legally carrying. Do not fill your gas or buy any products from here.

I was denied service at this store for not wearing a mask. This store is in Douglas County and there is no "mandate" in Douglas County, not to mention that I have a medical exemption that is none of their business! I will not be back and I hope whoever owns this store reads these reviews. You have employees that are on a power trip and are discriminating against people based on their personal views. The lady was very combative. It's going to cause a decrease in your business!

Depending on who is working is how you will be treated. We stopped to grab a few things no one was in the parking lot but us and 1 truck at the pump. Yes we were parked in between 2 parking spots more in the regular parking spot then the handicap one. But no one was thereThe guy working meet me at the door to ask if I had a handicap parking permit I thought he was joking till he ran behind my car to check. Once again other then the truck at the pump no one was there. Jason was even in the car and it was still running he was waiting in the car in the driver's seat. I'm sorry but maybe this employee needs more things to do stock shelves clean anything other then run off the only customer he had. I go here allot so I can't give it a 1 because of this employee.
