I love living here! The pool is very popular tho and definitely needs to be cleaned more than once a day but other than that, it’s great!

I was deciding between two apartments and applied for 5151 because Emily at the front desk was so patient with all my questions and several viewings. Good job Emily.

Please listen: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. PERIOD. I lived there two years and I have never been more excited to move out. The other people who have left reviews have only lived there a short amount of time- so listen:
This apartment complex should not be called luxury!!!!! Save your money, mental health, and dignity.l This place is full of mischief in all forms, our apartment smelled like drugs and cigarette smoke the second we moved in, no parking ever, I caught numerous people stealing out of cars, and they built an extended stay up the street and those people have come up and stolen NUMEROUS packages from my kids and neighbors and roam around the cars with backpacks. When I say I have never seen so much theft-seriously it was alot! My mom stop sending her grandkids things. Random people go through stairwells with backpacks-and NO SECURITY. This place calls its self luxury-do not buy it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m shocked they are able to be called luxury.

Emily was a huge help! She stayed an extra 15 minutes after close just to help me with losing my house key situation. THANK YOU!

My wife and I have moved into the 5151 Downtown Littleton Apartment 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased. Emily Polster in the front office has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from application to permanent resident. I have lived at a handful of apartment communities in Littleton and this one certainly stands out in regards to cleanliness and organization, not to mention the beautiful views of the mountains and the close proximity to Downtown Littleton which is very cool.

For the most part living here has been great. Got lucky and have great neighbors that don't make too much noise. But also the community is very respectful when it comes to noise levels. I feel safe in general.
Now to the negatives: the trash can get overwhelmingly full and over fills onto the floor. Luckily the times that has happened its been picked up pretty quickly. The parking really really sucks. The whole lot fills up by 8pm. If you go out for the night better get an Uber or risk not finding parking later.

My partner and I just moved into 5151 and love it. Emily made the moving process so much easier than I’d expect. We got a fantastic deal and she kept us in the loop. There’s awesome amenities especially if you have dogs. The apartments are a perfect size and there’s plenty of storage. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is awesome compared to living in Denver. Downtown Littleton is just down the road and it’s super cute with local shops/pubs/dining. Also 2 min away from Santa Fe which makes the commute quick and easy. We can’t wait for the summer so we can use the pool (which is heated all year round)!Emily was super awesome and honestly the reason why we chose 5151. The tour was super informative and she’s incredibly personable. Emily is also extremely responsive which gives me relief in case an issue ever pops up.My partner and I are a lesbian couple and feel safe and included here which is huge.Anyway, totally recommend this to be your home. Definitely request Emily for your questions and tours! Thanks Emily!!-Kit and JJ

Been living here for about a year and a half. Really liked it when my husband and I first moved in. Once management changed, I felt less comfortable talking to the front desk. Less welcoming in my opinion. Maintenance is always very friendly and helpful though. One thing, they don’t shovel the parking lot that belongs to my building. They have a truck remove snow, but they don’t get out and actually shovel. My spouse and I have each fallen from all the ice and when it was brought to the front desks attention, all they said was that they would salt. Doesn’t really help when they just put random spurts of salt throughout the parking lot. They also weren’t sympathetic which sucked. We pay for a garage and carport spot, since our cars have been hit in the parking lot numerous times. Those spots are never shoveled (whether there is a car parked there or not). Instead, people let their dogs relieve themselves on the snow covered spaces. ? When we resigned, our lease, they raised the prices immensely. Scared it’ll happen again when it comes time to resign!

I lived here in 2019. Moved away because of noise from other apartments, and parking lot thieves. Maintenance fixed what we needed and when. Staff is friendly , a bit less moving out.

My husband and I recently transferred units, and our neighbor below us has been smoking cigarettes out on his deck, this is a non smoking community and it is even in the lease that if residents will be fined. We have made several complaints to the office however , their response was that they were "working on it" trying to "figure out" who the culprit is when it is clearly the person below us. Quite frankly it's a waist of time to claim you are a non smoking community if you allow your residents to smoke without and repercussions as you claim you will do.
