Don't understand why my 24 hour (Kipling at Bowles) doesn't get Broncos games). Games on free TV. Was same all of previous NFL season so not something new.

I personally have no clue what all these reviewers are complaining about. This has been my go to location while I’m out in the area from my usual Southern California locations. It’s always been clean, organized and surprisingly low traffic the last several weeks I’ve been here. I wish the ones back home were like this.

What a joke this place has become. I've been a member since the early 90s, and I've never seen a place so poorly run. It was bad enough that the weights are rarely picked up and racked, the bathrooms are rarely clean, and the broken equipment is rarely fixed in a timely manner. Now they've cut the hours they're open, and still can't seem to get the doors open on time. What a "DUMP"!

My husband paid for the second year in full and then they charged him for a 1st year joiner. Place is just out for your money beware.

8am open time? Just call yourself "PF II" and be done with it. That's a pathetic opening time for a gym

I’m going on my second year at this location. Initially, I had a very poor experience and it was honestly terrible. THEN, about 2-3 months ago, a new general manager took over whose name is Mikki.
Mikki is the reason why this location is going to succeed and get back on its feet. Myself and my girlfriend had a major issue that happened before Mikki started, and we were just getting the runaround. Even the regional manager/director, Lori, didn’t help us out or do anything for us. Mikki however, listened to our concerns, did everything she could to help us out and get our problem resolved, and was super polite and pleasant to speak with during the whole process. Mikki went above and beyond to say the least.
Personally, I think Mikki should take over as regional manager/director. She knows how to get things done, is super polite and genuine, and very personable.

People. You’re only paying $15-$30 per month to use the facility as much as you want. That’s 1-2 hours of employee pay. Per month! Where do you think the money comes from to deep clean and repair equipment? When I started lifting in the 90’s minimum wage was $5.15/hr and a gym membership was $40/mo for just weightlifting, no other amenities. Now every gym is a chain overselling cheap memberships to keep up with Planet Fitness while also providing a pool, sauna, basketball court, classes, etc. It’s not economically feasible. If you want all of these amenities in a spotless facility that is not overcrowded, go to Lifetime or Elite Performance over in Centennial and get prepared for sticker shock. PF’s model is based on members not using the membership. A good gym where members actually want to lift will get dirty and equipment will break. If you read reviews of gyms selling memberships for $15/mo that are super duper clean, you’ll also notice that they are BUSY. What’s the point of spotless equipment if I can never use it?
24hr Fitness Kipling is fantastic! It has the equipment and crowd level in the 6-8am hour that makes it comfortable to workout. It just stinks they don’t open until 8am on the weekends. I’ve been going to 24hr Centennial for the past two months and expected that location to be larger since it’s actually 24 hours, but instead it’s small. I mean the turf area is 1/3rd the size of Kipling’s and in the middle of a walkway. The equipment is very close together and it does get crowded in the morning. I’m probably going to start driving the extra ten minutes to Kipling during the week because it is so much better than the Centennial location.
To anyone reading the one star reviews, take the next step and look at those user’s reviews for other businesses, and get your popcorn ‘cause there are some gems!
TLDR; 24hr Kipling is a fantastic option if you are serious about weightlifting. Those that put in one star reviews will not bat an eye spending $15 on lunch at Burger King, but don’t understand why this gym isn’t spotless for the same price … monthly.

I canceled today after nearly 2 years. After making several suggestions to clean the place and to fix unsafe equipment, today I walked into the locker room and it smelled like a sewer. This has been an increasing issue, and it's just ignored. Within about 10 seconds of being inside, almost threw up. I left immediately.
There are people who are supposed to be cleaning staff that just milk the clock, front desk people who are hired to be at the front, then told to clean, and an issue keeping a General Manager for more than a few months. The turnover is a problem and reflects poorly on the business.
Every corner of the gym is in bad repair and disgustingly filthy. Someone is going to get hurt on that equipment. Permanent urine stains on the tile in the bathroom, and I don't even want to put my water bottle on the floor. We all noticed that it took 2 months to fix a plumbing issue in the sinks. Now raw suage? What's up with that hot tub?
Now "24 hour fitness" cut back hours and closes at 8pm. Change your name to 15 hour fitness please. Also, stop letting members walk around all day naked in the locker room. You should know who I'm talking about. It's not the place to manscape or shave in front of the sink naked, or just hang out naked for hours in the locker room. Dont you think thats wierd? No? Its been going on daily for years and everyone knows it. no other gym would tolerate that. Take control of your gym lady.

I’ve been a member at this location for over 20 years now and can say with certainty that the customer service has never been worse…can’t count how many times I’ve been ignored by a front desk FULL of staff upon arrival. Serious reprogramming around valuing the presence of people as they arrive is necessary and overdue company-wide and here in particular.

WARNING!!! The manager stated it is perfectly fine for men to wear underwear in the sauna pool and hot tub exposing private parts and butt cheeks when underwear becomes wet it falls down their body exposing body parts.
Equipment stays broken for over 1 year and no one cares it has always been this way but you better pay that gym fee on time or else! The guy working at the front desk gives major bad attitude when I call on the phone to ask if the equipment is still broken. It appears that I am interrupting him sitting down on his cell phone all night. I am not driving to a location with broken equipment I actually drive 30 minutes out of my way to find a gym with working equipment. The bathroom floor is so dirty that when you take your shoes off to change clothes and your feet touch the floor your feet are INSTANTLY BLACK AND IT WILL NOT WIPE OFF WITH A BABY WIPE YOU MUST SCRUB WITH SOAP

Did not communicate about the yearly charge. Although it is on the contract. It would be prefer for you all to say it upfront. Bad customer service when called them about this.

I’ve been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for 15 years. Reading through the reviews of the past year, which consistently point out that the facility is, among other things, dirty and gross, the owner has the same response to each review that they have much work to do to remedy the grossness, yet nothing has changed.
Several of the elliptical machines turn themselves off after about 10 minutes, have missing parts such as plastic grips on the handles, or contain used tissues and other garbage in various crevasses. None have warning signs.
The far left sink in the men’s bathroom has been broken for at least two months, paper towel dispensers are often empty or the replacement roll is sitting on the counter, and I agree with other reviewers that the facility is consistently dirty.
It just doesn’t seem that the owners/management are invested in providing a well-maintained, positive environment for members. That might explain the constant employee turnover.
