So impressed with EVERYTHING at Mountain Dogs, the staff is incredible and they truly care about the animals in their care. I have a 7 month old puppy and wanted him to be able to enjoy his day while I work and this is the perfect place! The dogs are always supervised and have room to play and be dogs! This has helped out so much with his socialization. I feel very comfortable leaving my little guy here because I know that he is going to come home healthy happy and tired!
They also have a really nice selection of food and treats!

Drove there in a bit of a panic as the old dude (almost 14) had a cyst that had ruptured. I’ve seen plenty of ruptured sebaceous cysts on dogs in the past (breed issue) and this was nothing like any of them…the smell was foul and he was NOT a happy camper. The woman manning the front desk was absolutely incredible. So helpful! SOO patient! Can’t thank her enough. My mom passed last year and this is her dog and I’m rusty at being a dog mom. This clinic put me at ease and stopped my panic. Such a relief. Best vet experience I’ve had in a long time… sincerest of thank yous. ❤️

Wowza! As native Texans, we consider ourselves ‘BBQ snobs’ ?;however, Moe’s exceeded our expectations. We were there on a Wed and got the brisket sandwich special. The meat was flavorful and tender. The baked beans were outstanding, so much that I may try to recreate the recipe! A fun experience with outdoor dining and that cool mountain air. These Austinites had a fun time!

Driving thru Leadville, didn’t have time to sit down for a flight, but took a growler of Backend Blond to go, it is deliciously easy to drink. Will definitely stop by for a proper flight when time allows.
