Most of time UPS has been great but..... today July 12, 2023 9:37am the delivery driver dropped large box over the front gate instead of walking up to place on porch. It states it was delivered on porch but lazy driver did not do that. I am disabled which is why I order online . Now I must try to get box from gate to house. POOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY PERSON SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED.

Don't pay extra for two day shipping from this company. They are absolute garbage and will ensure that your order arrives 4 days LATE instead of the two day delivery you paid for

She new exactly what was going on before I said a word. "Is it a return?" The UPS lady said. I was like " yes it is" looking probably a little impressed and shocked as she new exactly what it was just by me having my phone out with a QR code on it and not really holding the screen twords her....still not sure how she new, mabey shes psychic....lol

After 3 days of calling about an item that was shipped to a wrong address, the driver still handed the object to a person at the wrong house! But in the long run they did call the boss in and have her guarantee it by Monday we'll just have to see.

The delivery guys don't knock on my door. They leave my packages at the top of the stairs where everyone can see it when the drive or walk by. They don't even go to the top of the stairs, they only go up far enough to slide the package on the porch to stay. I've called and complained more then once, I'm told there is nothing they can do cause they are union employees. I remeber growing up UPS came and honled the horn when they pulled up. Then they would KNOCK ON THE DOOR loud. I'm luck that my packeges haven't been taken yet. I pay extra money to not use them whenever possible.

I give it 3 stars because they're only open 1 hour a day 5 days a week. Other than that, the staff I've always talked to has always been super friendly and helpful each time I've gone in.

We were surprised that this place wad only opened for an hour (5-6 PM). But the young lady addy the front desk was very nice and accommodating.
