The young man working at 12750 w Alameda parkway in lakewood who helped me on 10-07-2024 was not only helpful but respectful. I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he took the time to insure my pass word worked before I left and showed me how to utilize the gate system. He restored my confidence on how senior people need more time to feel comfortable with modern technology and he had the patience to do so. Thank You again

Made the reservation online and found a rate that gave me more space for less money opon arriving to location staff was courteous friendly and very informative and made the renting process very pain free, and quick . So far got to give em a ten but my rating system only goes to 5 sorry guys if there was a 10 rating honestly you would of relieved an 11 just becouse 20 min after I made the reservation they called me to confirm? good job smartstop for making the customer feel like I mattered ...

What a great place to rent storage from,Tony and lala are such great people to work with. After scheduling my online reservation lala contacted me the next day to set up a time that was convenient for me to come in and complete the papperwork,and when I did Tony had everything ready it was so east and fast. I would definitely rent there and get more units swell. Thanks guys,you guys rock!!

What a joke this place is and if you read all the reviews you can obviously tell someone is writing great about this tony dude over and over I imagine the same person over and over I do hope you have a 4 wheel drive and chains to make it in the parking lot during the winter months oh and ice skates ⛸ ? price increased over the months and no communication from the guy when you try to upgrade to a different unit I highly recommend finding a different place that has heat and cares for the lot to make it in and out with ease this place is definitely not one for that...

Lala and Tony were amazing! It’s was such a process to transfer ownership but they were very patient and professional. Both had a great sense of humor throughout the process and made me laugh multiple times . They were great to work with . I will definitely refer others to their location.
