Horrible pharmacy service. Had a prescription called in over two hours prior to arrival. Waited in line for them to tell me continue to pull around if you see cars getting behind you. Pulled around six times for other cars for them to tell me your prescription still isn’t ready. Not to mention the prescription was for only 10 pills. Really pathetic.

Marie in the pharmacy was a godsend! She could have just told me they didn’t have my daughter’s prescription but instead she called around to several other pharmacies to ensure their inventory was correct AND had the prescription transferred so I didn’t have to fight insurance. Thank you!

the store itself is great. though this one pharmacy worker, she's an older lady, is terribly slow and somewhat incompetent. I've seen other workers get frustrated with her, and the drive-thru pharmacy line (which is supposed to be convenient) is not anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered photo projects on Dec 9 for Christmas, with a specific promo that indicated they would have them ready by Christmas. Just received part of the order(Jan 3), and they provided 0 assistance with the 2nd part of the order. I cannot recommend enough DO NOT ORDER PHOTOS FROM HERE WITH THE EXPECTATION YOU WILL RECIEVE THEM.

mostly a response to miss katie o, i was there on the day that incident happened. micheal was actually very understanding and polite to her and kept apologizing for what happened. miss katie o was actually the one that said she hoped he died tomorrow and on top of that, called him a racial insult. to miss katie o, you are scum for trying to get someone fired for something that YOU said. props to micheal for handling it with grace though

As a new customer, I was very impressed with Charles and Carroll in the pharmacy. I had 2 days left of a medication I needed. In less than 24 hours, I had 3 months supply! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. The manager Michael working today 11-4-2023 at 3pm was absolutely disrespectful and very unprofessional. Just lost my grandfather trying to get pictures printed for his funeral and they can’t make it happen which is fine but not to call your customers to let them know that you cannot accommodate them and then being completely disrespectful saying your being rude because you lost someone and hoped I died tomorrow.

I arrived 15 minutes before the pharmacy closed and waited in line until 7 PM. The pharmacist announced they have to close at seven and pull down a gate. There was one other employee in the store, who was even less helpful and that was my last visit to that facility. With that lack of customer service, I’m surprised they’re still in business.

I always come to walgreens to get my pictures developed but occasionally for other things like late night snacks and the worker at the register (steve) was the nicest guy and gave good costumer service.

Second time I’ve attempted to pick up my prescription and after waiting 5-10min for the car in front of me to be served, had to back up out of the drive thru.

Pharmacist distributor I spoke to was extremely confused and unhelpful. This pharmacy has been a nightmare for years and I think this has been the last straw. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

Talk about a relic of the past. The outside of the store looks like it was abandoned since the 90's, with paint mismatching every which way.The store inside does look like they remodeled recently, but the lack of... Well, anything, shows theft is a pretty high contender for this place. There is even a whole section just gutted in their toys.Luckily enough for us, theives don't like board games, so we got some basics.
