Drive through window is closed, often closed on business days to short staffing. They gave me someone else’s rx. If you get there when it opens they aren’t ready. You can’t get a same day rx filled. Inside the photo place has been out of 4x6 photos stock for at least six months.

Worst customer service pharmacy ever if could leave negative I would have a had problem for months now will ve switching pharmacy's for next refill not worth the headache hassle or the wait times the wait times are UNBELIEVABLE!! And sooo rude! No carts no baskets old food products just trash

Add/edit: I say again. Walgreens is nothing but a drug dispensary. Went in there the other day. No shoppers. Empty shelves. But a line of about 30 people waiting to get their prescriptions. After all of their contributions to the opioid epidemic, it made me feel physically sick to see the facade.
This has got to be the most worthless waste of pristine real estate space on the westside of Denver. I have visited this location and every single time they don't have what I'm looking for. Basic stuff like milk! It's awful. I asked honestly what is wrong here? Because there is something clearly wrong. There's a better selection of everyday OTC drugs at the corner gas station. The store's management response - "We don't have any control of our stock, We're out of stock of everything, It's a really bad area, and The economy is bad." Bogus. Bogus. Close the store or get some better management. But do something because otherwise you're just a pharmacy drug dispensary taking up a two-story building that's less than half full.

I went in and asked what asile the head phones were in, went to asile 6, found a pair after comparing for 15 minutes and went back up front to be told they didn't have a key to unlock them. Maybe tell the customer that before you send over and waste their time.

Pharmacy is often closed when it shouldn't be, and had the most horrible experience with a pharmacist today - I don't remember her name but she is Asian and was not only rude, she clearly wasn't trained on systems and didn't want to scan any of the other items that I needed to purchase beyond my prescription. I genuinely do not understand how she is employed as a pharmacist.
Adding a note a few months later: this pharmacy is ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED, and I have never been able to pick up my prescription on time. Hire more people guys! This is ridiculous.

Wish I had read the reviews before going to this location for my Covid vaccine. They accepted the appointment but didn't have any vaccines in stock. Call ahead or go somewhere else.

Pharmacy has an online check-in QR code prominently displayed...except it doesn't notify anyone that you're checked in. Also, their website advertises the new COVID vaccines, which the pharmacy here doesn't have.
Walgreens clearly didn't close enough stores, and it's probably better for your blood pressure to not fill your medications at all instead of attempting to have them do it here.

The drive through window is shut down 1/2 of the time due to "computer being broken," "staff shortage," etc. When you go inside, the line is always at least 5 people long. If you try to call, you'll be on hold for 20 plus minutes. ONE time in the past year someone answered the phone within 5 minutes. I am not sure what is going on here, but some serious management changes need to be made.

Patient was given printed prescription after getting all four wisdom teeth out, patient called back, saying pharmacist refused to give him medication assuming anybody could print out a prescription and sign it. Dr called Walgreens confirming she prescribed it. Patient had to walk out of there with pain to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is straight up embarrassing and is eventually going to be complicit in causing a medical emergency. Thank god there is an urgent care right next door. First of all, they did not answer the phone. They actively picked up the phone and hung up. So I went there with my mom to fill her insulin prescriptions. They did not have the insulin in stock to fill it. They said the closest store that had it was over an hour and a half away. Understandable that they didn't have it. We asked if we could go somewhere else to try and fill it. They said that that place would have to CALL THEM to transfer the prescription. We asked they are going to contact you if you don't answer they phone? The pharmacist said that they were to busy to answer the phone. When we called out the problem with that, he just kept saying they were very busy when there was literally no one in the store, let alone the pharmacy and one of the techs was on his phone behind the other two. They offered absolutely no help. We walked out with my mother crying and me worrying about how she's going to get her insulin. Thankfully we were able to eventually, no thanks to this pharmacy staff. People in the medical profession should not be acting like this.

The pharmacy gave me the wrong medication and would not refund my money. The girl at the counter put the order through from my credit card on file (without my knowledge) and the pharmacist (If you can call him that) blamed my PCP. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens and alerted my bank to file fraud charges against Walgreens. I was able to remove my card from their files. The pharmacy is completely incompetent. I will call my PCP on Monday and change my prescriptions to anywhere but this Walgreens. I have been a customer here for many years and find this experience the worst!!! Even the store manager was unable to help. I feel not even one star is warranted. It is unsafe at this pharmacy!!!!

I shop here only for convenience. The customer service is very poor. There’s only one cashier lady that is friendly and out going. Store overall is not welcoming or helpful. I normally don’t post bad reviews but this has been a on going issue.

Honestly I know the review won’t even make a difference but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming to this pharmacy!. Today was the second day I waste an hour and still no prescription!. First it was Medicaid then it was the doctor today it was Medicaid again!. They need to get it together before having people waste time waiting for medicine
