We took our pup here hoping to get a full workup/annual exam. They brought our dog back to give her vaccines, the exam, and nail trim.Soon after they brought her back to us in the exam room. They said they gave her the vaccine and exam but that she was too anxious for the nail trim.Then they proceeded to say they tried to muzzle her but they were unable to do that as well.Excuse me? Muzzle her? Did you ask permission to do that? Did you ask if she had any previous averse experiences with that? How could that possibly help her be less anxious so that you could cut her nails?It sounds like your team wanted to muzzle her because they were nervous about working with her.Then, it came time to ask the vet questions about her exam. I brought up her excessive dry nose and they said that was just due to the dry climate of where we live. Then I asked about how her anal glands looked because I noticed her excessive licking and scooting the past few weeks. The vet said, oh, we didn’t check her anal glands because she was so anxious , and oh licking could just be from allergies. Did not hear us at all. Then suggested she go on an anti anxiety med that she is already taking that their office prescribed. Unacceptable negligence. Don’t take your pet here.*The only reason they got even 1 star is because the vet tech was kind and took her time with our pup. Happy vet tech appreciation week.

The employees are beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. They don't know a thing about customer service and even if they try the information they give out is incorrect. Overall the worst experience I've had at a store point blank period. Don't go here!

Eugene is condescending and tries to make you look like an idiot. I tried buying multiple fish but he talked me out of it because the fish would have "issues" when in reality, I have had these same fish before and they have been perfect together. Took about 20 minutes before I got an employee to help me as I found one (an employee) under a rock. I swear these employees are paid to sell as little as possible.

Exactly how hard do I have to work to get these people to take my money?I called 4 times for a simple task: Get a price and appointment for testing my cat for FIV. They kept wanting to direct me to their website to do it, then they said they could only give me a "ballpark" on price.No.You have a business, you have prices for the worth of your services, you know those prices, I am not coming in and committing before you tell me what you're charging and I'm with the boomers on this one, I am not booking online.Don't make it a herculean task for me to give you my money.

The biggest shot out to Michaella! I cant thank her enough for her genuine care for Mota and ZhuZhu today! This girl is amzing! The doctor (whos name i forgot??♀️?), he took his time answering questions, actually examined my doggies, advised me when needed, LISTENED to my rambling lol. And overall, the entire staff at this particular location is so different from any other, in a GREAT way! They truly do care about their patients, they listen to what you have to say w/o giving a condescending look nor trying to rush you, NOR rip you off! Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart!

HORRIBLE - they do not put the care of the patient or dog over their poorly run office.I have a nearly 13 year old Great Pyrenees who was diagnosed with a uti by dr Gordon. He said she might need a second round of antibiotics. I have been trying ALL week to speak to someone to give her a new prescription, and today when I FInALLY reached someone with that authority, they denied it and demanded she come in for another $400 check up. HORRIBLE doctor. Horrible office manager. Dr Gordon was the only good doctor there, and he is quitting because of how horrible this place is. Now I’m stuck searching for a doc to give my dog meds that she was already perscribed. She’s 13 and another week of infection could Jill her. HORRIBLE PLACE

The interactions with people working here are really mixed. Most of the time I go in, the people working are perfectly fine. However, one experience really soured me on this location. The day before I adopted my cat, I went in to buy supplies so he could come home to a cozy place. The clerk seemed to have a lot to say about all of my purchases (mostly negative). Eventually, I mentioned that I didn't have the cat yet and was headed to the shelter tomorrow to adopt one. This led to a tirade about how all shelter pets all have behavioral issues. Well, guess what- I went and adopted the sweetest cat ever, and have had no behavioral issues in over half a year. And that toy that was "a waste of money"- his second favorite. I really only go to this location when there's something I can't find anywhere else, and usually, they don't have it anyway. The second star is because there are legitimately nice people working here, it's just a shame that they're associated with this.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I was 10 mins late for my appointment due to traffic, and explained it to the woman behind the desk. She was rude, didn't care what my needs nor would she allow me to speak to the veterinarian when asked. I was told they didn't have time for me. After asking what her problem was she finally got off her ass from behind the desk and called them. All to say they were just as rude. All I have to say white surpremisty at its finest!!!! I Will never use there services again nor will I shop at petco for allowing such service to occur. Thank you for asking me to leave when requesting her name for a complaint.

Took a guess at what was wrong with my cat with doing any tests. Provided medicine based on that guess. My cat is now MORE sick.

I had a great experience with this location a few months ago, however, I have now had the groomers reschedule on my dog since MAY. Almost 4 straight months of re-scheduling my dog. It's always the day of or the day before too..

This is the place I usually go to get my parakeet food and other bird supplies. The staff is always pleasant and the store is clean and easy to navigate. It's very near to my house so it all works out rather well. I appreciate the discount toy bin as my dog chews up and destroys things rather fast. Being able to spend a couple of bucks for a new toy is perfect.

Eugene was taking care of the carts in the parking lot and he also helped me pick out my glow fish. He was very knowledgeable with questions that I had about the fish and which fish that I can pair them with and what would look good in my tank. I saw him working in different parts of the store. He is a very hard worker and he gave me excellent customer service along with everybody else that he was helping. I had a very good experience at the store and definitely wanted to give a shout out to Eugene for all of his great work!
