Great customer service from Jared!!! Went in today and he took control of the whole experience from start to finish. I didn’t have to do a thing, other than sit there and do my passcode😂. Will visit again for sure.

I've been to the Wadsworth Ave Verizon store before and did not have a good experience there. So today I figured it best to try a different location and I'm so glad I did! Upon entering the store both employees were busy helping other customers but almost immediately I was put into the queue. I maybe waited 20 mins tops but it was a Saturday at the mall location so I was expecting much longer considering how many people were in there. When it was my turn, Luke was more than helpful trying to figure out the issue with my old phone, but I knew I likely needed a new one and went that route. He helped me get everything set up on a new Pixel 9 Pro XL and back into my Google account which I had been locked out of due to my old phone breaking (stupid 2 factor authentication). All of my apps, photos & contacts transferred over switching phones (for the first time ever I should add) so I was more than pleased. Overall it was a great experience (my first out of all of the Colorado Verizon stores) and I love my new phone!

There was only one person at the store. I had to wait for 45 minutes and the person did not show any acknowledgement of my existence and kept saying 5 minutes after 45 minutes of waiting ended up giving me wrong information. I had to turn my car around and come back 10 minutes later because the call center let me know and I was treated poorly. If they were better staffed I’m sure this person would have been able to provide better service. I blame management.

Waited 30 mins past my appointment time and wasn’t acknowledged to assist after letting them know I had a scheduled appointment time they were aware of.

This is a 3rd part store. Not Corporate Verizon.One of the worst experiences!Poor customer service. Didn't listen to what I wanted.

Great customer service, quick, and friendly! I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was awesome. I went in as an Android user switching from Metro PCS, (you should too!!!!! Metro PCS sucks and their employees lack basic customer service). Everything I did that night was a total upgrade, something MPCS was not willing to do, despite having the same phone since I started with them (approx. 2 year’s ago). So, I ported my # and am now a happy Verizon customer, with a new iPhone!! ?

The two guys that were in the store on 10/8/22 were very friendly. They were super helpful and patient. They set me up with a new phone, and helped me change my plan to better fit my needs. If I'm ever in the Lakewood area again and I need phone help, I will definitely return.
