Update: we were sold expensive screen protectors with lifetime warranties without being told they cost $12 every time to replace. The company, ZAGG, told me to go to Verizon to address the product was poor since I had to replace it twice already. The manager wouldn’t help me and was snarky.
Bottom line if you read the original review below the people here take advantage of you and aren’t organized.

We got new phones and basically had their new internet forced on us. We didn’t want it and it took hours for them to get the box setup to send it home with us. We returned it and they kept trying to still push it on us. And then I still got charged $69.65 on our bill. We also were told we qualified for a free iPad that would cost $10 a month for internet. It’s $61.02 on my bill today. All the hidden fees and things really affect people. I’m on vacation having to spend my day trying to figure this out.

UPDATE 6/4/2024 I had expected to receive the mobile hotspot that I *thought* I coordinated during my visit on 5/30/24. Since I hadn't gotten it within the time promised, and I hadn't received any communication about it, I logged into the online account only to see nothing there. I called Verizon customer care, and learned that not only was the device NOT ordered and in transit, but the WRONG data plan was selected to accompany the device. I'm thankful Verizon's customer care took care of everything and the device should be getting to me with overnight shipping. However, I'm so disappointed that I spent HOURS in the Verizon store last week and everything could have been done over the phone in 30 minutes, like it was when the customer care representative FIXED everything that was put in motion last week. Plus, the data plan is $30 less that I was quoted at the store.

I went to this location yesterday, because I had to get a piece of paper saying how much I put down for a phone and how much the phone was worth, back in September of last year my phone was stolen out of my car what is after I purchased it, now the da what's a receipt of how much I paid for the phone and how much it's worth, when I came to this location yesterday I told him what I needed and it was for court purposes, the employee who was looking into my account said he couldn't find my account.
He not once asked me what my account number was, so he just use my cell phone so he searched and he searched, couldn't find anything, a guy with a bald head comes over and showed him what to do, the employee told him a receipt printed out 4 court, he said it doesn't matter I was in collections they couldn't help me. He told me to go look at my email and stuff that should never have lost my paper.
I go to the corporate store today by Colorado Mills, and I was only there for 5 minutes, the lady who helped me asked me for my account number found what I was looking for I went in 5 seconds I had my receipt, so how come she was able to help me but not the guy over there on the one on Alameda and Wadsworth, the bullheaded guy was rude, very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I'm looking at all the complaints I've seen on here about the store when stars that sure should be shut down, they have horrible customer service and every time I go there I see mad customers leaving, because they're being pushed away.

We wanted a good experience but unfortunately we didn't have a great one.
Nigel, was GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL. 5 stars to him.
He did what he could.
However, Lee the store manager at the time of May 6th around 430pm, was rude and VERY unprofessional. He didn't even try to help us with our situation. He was careless, vague and unemotional. We will never be going back to this location and probably never back to Verizon in general. No stars to Lee.

Most of the men that work here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Glad I canceled service with Verizon. I didn’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect

Came into the store with a non working SIM card that had broken randomly just then. Waited 45 minutes for them to deny me because I didn’t have a specific id with me even with several other pieces of identification. Whole process took an hour and they said they couldn’t help at all. Come to find out days later on my own. I can go online and easily order a new sim with next day delivery. 4 days without being able to use my phone and negligent in offering Verizon offered solutions. Very un-happy decade long Verizon costumer.

Frustrating experience...don't waste your time at this verizon location. This weekend I ordered new phones for my husband and I online and had to go to this store to pick them up. When I went to pick up my phone, the worker who helped me was very helpful and got my order to me quickly. My last name on my verizon account is different since I am married now, so I brought two forms of identification to show that my last name has been changed but I am the person on the account. They were kind and understanding and let me pick up my order. The second day when I came to pick up my husbands phone (also under my account) the man who helped me would not accept my two forms of ID and said it was against store policy to make exceptions if the name is not exact. He also let me know that the worker who helped me the day before would be getting written up for breaking store policy......this is outrageous behavior....punishing a worker for being kind and helpful.

The manager here Ben is a real charmer. I was directed by online customer service to come into a store to be told he could not help me.
When I expressed the 40+ hours I’ve spent in store and online trying to reach solutions on one promotion deal he said he could do nothing for me.
He commenced to tell me that customer service online gives a lot of misinformation and that it’s not his problem.
The kicker was when I sat down in the store to do what he told me to do which is reach out online to a supervisor, he hovered over me and asked to give me a shipping label and for me to leave.
I am a customer here. I cannot believe this is the management level customer service of a corporation.

Want to thank Clint specifically for helping me out today - I was having a frantic day and issue with my account and he assisted me getting the issue taken care of so that all is well. Was very kind and friendly because I think he saw that I was upset and trying not to have a meltdown.
Side note - some lady was in with her toddler who was running amok in the store and it was borderline actionable but the staff was really patient trying to make sure the child was not running out of the store and into the parking lot. ??

I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. We have 6 cell phone lines on our account. I recently upgraded to a new phone using the app. When the phone arrived, I needed further assistance finalizing the trade-in and return of another phone. I was advised by customer service to bring my devices to the Lakewood store for this assistance. They assured me they had done all necessary notification on their end, and the store would gladly help.
Boy, were they WRONG.
I was met at the door by the manager, Ben.
I explained my visit to the store and Ben informed me, incredibly rudely, that they would not be helping me with anything as I didn't purchase my phone from his store. Because I decided to purchase thru the Verizon app, my only option was to continue that route.
I explained the situation again and told him customer service had sent info to his store regarding this matter. He said, without ever looking, that they received nothing and even if they had, they were not going to be helping.
He then used his two fingers to mimic walking and told me to go to my car and call customer service.
I said, no thank you. I'll just wait my turn and one of the employees can call with me so this can get resolved, I'm not going back and forth about this anymore.
His replies kept getting louder and more rude. He refused, saying he "wasn't going to let me waste their time".
I have never had anyone at a company I have been with call me a waste of time.
Ben... there was no reason for your dismissive behavior.
You work in customer service. Incase you forgot

Brendan was incredibly helpful and courteous during our interaction. He hunted for any discounts we may qualify for and has been an incredible asset to the owner of a local car wash. He answered all my questions and even gave me his personal number in case I had trouble with my new phone. I will come here all the time!
