WOW..I bought my phone here a few years ago. I have been in there twice for help, two different guys, and both times I was treated so rudely.
I did not get any help, even though I paid for the insurance that provides support. They seem to me to be very lazy, bored and hate being there.
I'll never go back here. I'm going to buy a new phone, the Gallrxy S25+ Ultra, but not from this store. Sorry, but customer service does make a difference!!

We did not find out until today that Abdul did not complete the setup on the phone yesterday as should have been done he told us the phone was okay so we left

The only thing positive about this store is the manager who had to help me when I could not get any help from any of the average employees..... you tell me; I went in to exchange a hum device because it would not work.... an hour and a 1/2 later I am with an employee instead of the manager now. And she is singing to a song in the store instead of trying to get me out of there. I just changed my mind. Gave the hum back, got my money back and got the hell out of there.

I was greeted with a smile, store was clean, and John the business rep was fantastic and friendly! He fixed my tech challenges and addressed my concerns. Best Business rep I’ve had yet!

I had a very unfortunate circumstance at which the store manager blankly lied to me and had no compassion. It was an issue easily fixed and she did not want to take the time to do so. Ask questions before you hand them a phone as they took a phone before we wiped it cleaned and refused to give it back to wipe it clean. We hope no one gets our child’s personal information. I own the fact I should have known better to wipe it.

I called the my verizon # to get a MiFi re-activated and ended up needing to go in person to get a new sim card.
I went to this location to get a new sim card & was helped by an older guy. He handed me the ipad to authorize the charge & it said my bill for the next month would be around $580 which is absolutely crazy. The MiFi was supposed to be $40 a month (1/2 off since it would be the 3rd line) with a small activation fee and that was it since I own the device outright.
He said it's no big deal, the woman who was helping me from the 800 # had made a mistake so there are now extra lines on the account but they will "fall off" since they aren't actually being used.
I told him I'm not comfortable agreeing to this because I'm being charged almost $300 for something that should be around $100. So he had a coworker come over & she said it's fine. The charges will fall off.
They said I can bring in the sim card that was accidentally ordered over the phone to this location if it doesn't fall off the bill and they will take care of it.
I told them I was leaving the next morning to go to GA & FL for disaster relief work & won't be back until the new year.
Well, the charges have NOT fallen off. My brother was able to return the sim card & our bill is still astronomical with extra lines added on that we were told would "fall off".
The billing department at Verizon is not helpful and not sure why the extra charges are on and since they were authorized they can't take them off. I am beyond upset.
I was at the store for over an hour dealing with this because I did not feel comfortable authorizing the incorrect amount. The employees at this location told me they can't take the extra lines off but it's no big deal since they will fall off in a few days. I'm now being charged hundreds of dollars more because I believed what the employees said.
I would give this location negative stars if possible.

Sales man comes to my door tries to get me to switch to Verizon I said no I'm happy with what I got he said can I just show you some offers and maybe you'll be interested ... I say ok I'll entertain you for a minute he said I need your social security number so I just check you don't owe Verizon I said I never have had them so there's no need he said well I have to do This before I can show you I said ok there better not be any dings to my credit score he said no it's just to verify some things I so ok hesitantly then he said I have to send you a confirmation email to ensure it's you I said ok ... The email came through I said Im not interested he said let me see your phone click's the button to confirm and he said let me just do a few things I said no he signed me up then asked if I like my phone service I said I don't know it's my wife's he continued for about 15 minutes to ask for my wife after I told him she's busy he said ok before I do anything else I go to a few other houses and be back in 45 minutes I said ok 2 days later I'm stuck with a wifi router that I don't want and never wanted he text me every day telling me to plug it in I said no I just wanted to send it back I call Verizon and they said just bring it to the store so today I plan on taking it to the store because I've been sick the past few days and right before I go to take it back here's the sale guy threatening the debt collectors on me for something I told him I didn't want to have. I'll never be interested in Verizon ever again bad sales tactics and manipulative plots.

Tyler scammed me into home Internet. He said $40 per month. He also didn't tell me I would have to pay for another line plus the activation fees.

Employees are either poorly trained or incentivized to lie to you to get you to upgrade your plan. I saw a deal online to get a new pixel upgrade and thought it would be easier to go into the store. Guy told me I had to upgrade my plan or I had to pay full price for the phone. I left and got the phone at discount online and picked it up across the street.
Long story short do your business online

I spoke to jasmine to try and get a new iPhone she went above and beyond to help me get it. She was so much nicer than any of the reps I had called to try and find the phone I wanted. Her customer service is STELLAR .

Did get their names but the 2 ladies working were amazing.. we expected to take forever. But we weren't there more than a half hour. Gave us the options, we picked one and out the door we went.. it was great!
