I am so appreciative of Vent Masters and especially Jeff who came to my home for an inspection/estimation. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Jeff was so gracious with his time at our house to help us make sure we had adequate attic ventilation/troubleshoot related issues as to what could be causing mold in our attic. He is an expert in this niche field. He gave us so much information and confidence with his visit and we truly appreciated his time! My experience is that Vent Masters is an honest and hardworking company. I would highly recommend them should the need arise!

From the initial phone call to finishing the job, Vent Masters was very quick and reasonably priced. Their installers were thorough, friendly, and skillful. We love pulling in the cool evening air after turning off the air conditioner. The whole house fan Vent Masters installed for us is a great addition to our home. We highly recommend Vent Masters!

I contacted Vent Masters about a broken motor on my whole house fan. It was a fan they installed 11years ago. They sent folks out to press buttons and see that the fan was not turning on properly. They said that since it was only a year out of warranty they would contact Quiet Cool to see if they might replace it anyway. I got a call saying they couldn't replace it under warranty. Fine, I get that. I was told the techs and owner would have to confer about next steps. I called the next day to see if I could get a quote for replacement. I was told the owner would have to get back to me. It has been 6 days and I have not heard a thing from them. Fortunately I called around for quotes while waiting and I will be getting a new Quiet Cool installed tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed in Vent Masters lack of customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend them.

Vent Masters installed some fans and ducting in my attic. It's clearly a company that takes pride in doing good work. Jeff is easy to work with, and our installer Dylan was friendly and did a good job. Highly recommend. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need any services they provide.

Wow! What a difference this has made in keeping our upstairs area cool. We purchased the CentricAir fan as this was the quietest choice, based on the samples Vent Masters has in their showroom. Installers were professional and quick, and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Highly recommended.

The owner came out for the estimate and was extremely nice. The price was a bit high but the were on time and reliable I wish they were cleaner in their work and not left the mess they didThe installers were very professional I would recommend them.

Vent Masters did a good job with our garage fan installation. Jeff was very professional in explaining the options. His installers adapted to the circumstances well. The electrician that works with them customized the project to our requirements. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.
