First time ordering.
First and foremost, ordering was a breeze and customer service I had no problem with. They were great.
My issue is with the freshness of the flowers vs price. I paid for an exquisite bouquet, and there were dead and drooping flowers, and minimal roses, more filled with filler foliage than anything . I know it wouldn’t look exactly like the picture online, but I did have higher expectations for the high price point.
UPDATE: Veldkamps absolutely fixed this situation, their promptness and understanding was amazing! Thank you!

The flowers came looking absolutely horrific and totally infested with Japanese beetles. You can see them clearly in the photos. They're everywhere.

Every time I go in here I am amazing by their flower selection. This is by far one of the best flower and plant shops I have stumbled across. I have been going to this same location for over 2 years and I am never disappointed. Everyone in the store is so friendly, approachable and very helpful! I make sure to recommend this spot to everyone I know.

I reached out to Veldkamps for flowers for my dad’s funeral. April met with me to discuss everything we wanted (which was a lot, and very specific) April was patient, kind, listened intently and executed my vision even better than I had pictured.
They made the process seamless and easy, which made this difficult time planning his funeral much easier. Thank you so much, Veldkamps and April ♥️

False advertising, I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and the flower arrangement was supposed to be the Premium Arrangement 14" to 15" rose, I paid more for this arrangement, when my wife brought home the arrangement from work, they were mini baby roses only 8" to 10" Height and only 10" in Width this is nothing like what I ordered especially for $153.00!!!!!!
The flowers were ordered from Arvada Florist, they are a scam, and the same goes for Veldkamps!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in MN and wanted to have flowers delivered to my grandfather and grandmother’s gravesite in CO on the 50th anniversary of my grandfather’s passing. They are both buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery, and VeldKamp Flowers was able to deliver the flowers directly to their gravesite and sent me photos so I can show my dad. I was blown away by Veldkamp’s selection and willingness to go above and beyond for this special memorial for my family. I am so grateful!
