Find another option! We went on a 2,000+ mile trip. The van was not in the same condition when we had looked at it a few months previous. After picking it up we realized there was no spare tire! Imagine going on a road trip and the stress of wondering when you could be stranded on the road due to something as simple as a flat tire. The windshield was cracked through the drivers field of vision (not legal). The bumper was smashed in and starting to fall off resulting in one of the back doors inoperable (this made it very difficult to load our luggage). Now, here's the kicker...the owner accused us of having an animal in the car and refused to give our full deposit back! What? We own a 100 lb Great Pyrenees dog, he would not fit in the van and did not come on our trip. We never had an animal in the vehicle and the owner was unable to bring forth any evidence upon request. We should have had a discount for our grievances but instead we were scammed out of our deposit. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope my review will be fair warning, find a different company!
