The USPS website said the self service kiosk is open 24/7. It is not. The doors are locked. I have also experienced terrible customer service from a male representative. The rep grabbed my phone to get address information and was incredibly rude and not helpful. The ladies however, were kind, patient, and informative

Edit: isn't it carrier responsibility to secure open mail boxes? Would probably help with them being broken into if someone cared.

If you expect a package that requires your signature to be delivered, DO NOT go through this postal service. They will let anybody except your packages. I don't know how a USPS can commit federal crimes like that.

We have had major issues with getting our mail for two years. The parcel boxes for our community were supplied by USPS in the 1960s. The post master will not replace them but the metal rusted through entirely and they became dangerous and unusable. Our HOA cannot afford to replace them and the says it is the post masters responsibility. All I know is that if we don’t have parcel lockers - the mail people need to deliver packages to our front doors. It’s not okay that we have no way to receive packages at our homes - we pay taxes. So, I know it is an inconvenience to the postal employees who are over worked and under paid - but hello, not being able to receive mail at your home where you live is not acceptable. Obviously we have to go into our local PO to pick it up since the postal workers will not deliver to any of the units at our address, which is totally insane. Every time I got in (which is so hard, as I work bank hours) there is a line more than 20 people long with one or two workers. The quickest I have gotten in and out if there is 60 minutes. It’s like the USPS WANTS to be obsolete. Seriously mismanaged agency.

Online they advertise 24 Hour Access to PO Boxes and Self Serve Kiosk. Went there to find out that was a lie. Update your damn website.

I have never been disrespected at a professional establishment like I was here by the black older lady. I understand that usps workers are overworked and underpaid - and I’ve never had a issue with a specific employee here, ever. I’ve been going here for years multi times a week sometimes, doing the same process each time. Bring my package up to get scanned and get a receipt for proof of drop off. This lady REFUSED to give me a receipt / she wouldn’t even consider scanning it (I’ve never been denied this) but I said ok, that’s fine - let me just take a picture of the tag so I can have the location and time stamp on my phone. That’s when she started RIPPING my package out of my hands. We literally went back and fourth as I was trying to get my package back, at this point I just wanted to take it somewhere else. She also yelled at me for using clear tape over the tag (I always do this, always scans fine) and yelled at me for asking if I could use a clear slip instead. I have never been disrespected like this, I am shocked. Sadly it looks like people have been leaving bad reviews about her for months FIRE HER. The only reason I can think of for refusing to scan my package and give proof of drop off is so that she can get away with stealing packages (which sounds like happens often here)
I’ve had packages go missing here. I’ve waited in line for over 30 mins many times. I’ve waited for the store to open for over a half hour while the employ’s have been fighting with each other. But I’ve always brushed it off as “it’s the post office” but there is absolutely no excuse for a employ to treat a customer in the way I was (and many people have been by this lady)

The customer service is very bad. They have lost at leat 20 if my small bussiness packages. Unhelpful and in general rude. Only one worker is decent, when requesting that my packages are scanned there was a black lady that litterally rolled her eyes and tossed all my packages in the bin stating they are too busy to scan packages. Out of 10 dropped off three vanished without a trace and no proof that they actually took custody of them so I was unable to open a case. I get knots in my guts every time I have to go there and drop off mail because I'm never sure they will all be delivered. All total due to lost packages I have lost well over 2,500.00 because of lost packages.

To preface this review, I used to have a very positive opinion of this specific office as I run an Etsy store that I've sent around 40-60 orders through with not one single issue once in the past year and all was sent immediately with no issues. However, a recent situation has caused me to no longer use this post office again which I hate to do as it is the most convenient one in my area until I can see change.
On April 22nd I dropped off 7 small orders as I typically do and only 2 out of 7 got sent out the next day. It took until 5 days later (27th) for 3 more packages to be sent out which has NEVER happened with this office. As of May 2nd, I still have two orders that have not been sent out and are in complete limbo, one being ordered from Arvada which I would have expected to be sent out immediately. Because of the cost this causes to my small business and my stock as well as the cost I have had buying new shipping labels for the unsent orders that the Arvada post office sent out immediately with no issue, I do not forsee myself using this post office possibly for a very long time.
I am sympathetic to all USPS employees and wish no ill will upon those who work hard for such a stressful job but it is heartbreaking to see this mishandling from a post office that previously did me no wrong.

Post office closes early during the week and on weekends. This is the only post office that does this. Sometimes, I can't get to the PO until late after 7 pm. or on weekends, and then I am out of luck ? this is wrong and sad. PO should have access to PO boxes 24/7 365. Every year, they ask for more money in stamps and all other services, but we get less service.

Everyone leaves bad reviews for the post office, but the employees here are just awful. They have zero interest in helping you, zero interest in getting the line cleared out, it’s almost like they want to keep the line long enough that you don’t use the post office. The thing that really annoyed me was when I finally got up there, the employee would not let me take a picture of the mail after he stamped it. He said that I needed to purchase proof of mailing for two dollars. He also told me the photo of the time stamp “doesn’t prove anything” so I’m really confused why I couldn’t take it. I took a picture of the unstamped envelopes and he told me that I was going to be reported.

I rarely ever write bad reviews ? I was completely shocked at how rude and unaccommodating the staff was at this location. We run a family owned business with mass deliveries 6 days a week generating significant income for USPS. We have used several local post offices and this one was by far the most unpleasant. We accidentally forgot our scan sheet for our bulk items and one of the employees asked another disgruntled employee to scan our phone as a digital copy. The disgruntled employee walked past us and said, “I’m not doing anyone any favors.” She continued glaring at us as she left the building & yelled, “You should have printed the scan sheet!!” One of the strangest experiences we have ever witnessed at a place of business from an employee. Maybe she was just laid off or got bad news about a family member, we aren’t sure why we were the scapegoat of her anger
We are hoping all of our packages safely make it to our customers after reading the endless list of negative reviews that packages have gone missing. If you need a post office in The area, we HIGHLY recommend the location off of Yale & Wadsworth. Each employee there deserves 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hours are wrong on the website. Been trying to get them updated so people don't show up thinking they're open when really they're closed. It has been this way for months.

Lobby for access to post office boxes and self service kiosk is locked on a Sunday, with no notices posted to explain why or offer alternatives. USPS site says the lobby should be open on Sundays.
