Terrible service. Worst post office I have been to. Mail carriers are lazy and refuse to deliver life saving medicine.

Not bad line-wise, and the best customer service experience at a USPS thus far.

I usually never have an issue at this USPS which is surprising. Anyways, you all should update your P.O. Box accessibility hours if you’re not going to follow them. 2 days in a row the doors are locked well before the time listed.

Close early, low tech, pretentious, and condescending
Closed at least 15 minutes before stated hours on a Thursday- when they are open, I every time I go here I get lectured on the intricacies of mail by a condescending staff

They don’t even have a single working pen

It would be helpful if there were an outside post box drop near a drive through. It would cut down on parking and inside lines.

This is a very understaffed post office. I was there at noon and there was one employee working behind the counter. The post office on Tennyson is much better.

I called and asked them if my package was still there and they were so kind and found it for me and sent it out for redelivery. We received it the very next day. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you Lakewood Post Office staff on Depew!

I've been coming here about once a month for the past two years. Late afternoon or right before they close, and have never had a problem. Even if the line is like 10 people long it only takes 15 mins. They could use 1-2 more staff though because occasionally there's only one person serving customers. The staff are efficient; generally it's the customers who are unprepared that back things up.

This place is the worst not open when they are supposed to be, always a line. Only one person at the counter at the end of the day. Its always a new person who doesn’t know what they’re doing and there are other employees in the back doing whatever as to not help with the 7-10 person line that is moving like molasses in January. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE OR IT MIGHT JUST BE CLOSED FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

Intercept package and hold at the UPS Store- $4.99 and the package is available for pickup right on schedule.
Intercept package and hold at USPS- $10.99 and nobody knows where the package is, three trips to the post office, eventually the package shows up 4 days later and still nobody can find it.
Now tell me if you think the government should be in charge of more services.

Received a voicemail regarding my package that they lost called back 12 times. 12. apparently no one can answer the phone here, I finally went in person and the "supervisor" informed me the issue was out of their hands and there was nothing they could do. This is the most embarrassing excuse for a post office I've ever encountered. EMBARRASSING LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE. apparently they only hire felons, those with the lowest IQ and general reprobates as they are unable to deliver a package or answer a phone. Don't send or receive packages through this location the won't do their job and they won't take accountability or action for anything. Don't bother calling they won't answer the phone

Friendly staff. Long waits. Small parking lot. 5 Stars if you install Self Serve Kiosk.

in 70 years I have never stood in line for half hour for stamps only to be informed USPS didn't have any stamps, unbelievable, yet another example of TOTAL FAILURE OF LEADERSHIP! These people are a disaster
