Rudest most unprofessional ‘banker’ I’ve ever encountered. This is my local branch where I’ve had five accounts for 30 years. Tried going into the branch to speak to a live human being after trying to resolve a USBank screwup in an account that I’d been contacting them for 42 days about. Experience was horrible - said they couldn’t help, didn’t try at all, interrupted constantly trying to explain issue. Will be moving all our accounts.

They are awesome at this location! They helped us get all of our coin changed in at the end of the day

I would give them a zero if I could, they don't deserve not even one star. They don't know what they are doing there and act like they are providing a service here. DO NOT COME HERE. My mom came here to add me to her secured credit card, they first were so rude to her and didn't really care to help her or provide info on that. Once they gave us the paperwork needed and we dropped them off, we were told they submitted the application for us but when we saw no change in my credit-we went back to the bank and was told they never submitted anything even though my mom saw when they took it to the back to send it. Horrible service.

Just called to try to schedule an appointment with a notary, which in my opinion shouldn't even be necessary. Instead of talking with somebody, I received a recorded message about some reduced staff due to current environment nonsense and then was hung up on. Not put in hold or asked to leave a message, hung up on. If you can't afford to staff your location, close it and focus on locations that can provide a service to your clients that are paying monthly fees for nothing.

Why am I receiving unsolicited calls from this branch with no voice message? When I call the number you can't reach anyone. Very strange. It's a bad practice and should stop. If there's a legitimate reason for the call, leave a message.

I don't bank here. It's a concern to me that they would allow their American flag to be so torn up homeside their bank and not replace it. Pride of town & country is needed.

First off - they don't answer the phone. If you try to call the branch, you'll essentially be told they can't take the call. There's no excuse for this. Made a wire transfer with them today and they forgot to approve the transfer. Waited a few hours, and since they don't answer the phone, had to go back and get it done in person. Then the teller said she didn't know how to print a receipt for the transfer and acted like that was okay and why would I need a receipt for a transfer of thousands of dollars etc... Just a horror. Totally mismanaged.

One star because Yelp forced me to. Worthless location. Worthless drive up window teller ,and no doubt the manager too. Have you ever been in a situation so convoluted-you think maybe your getting filmed :seeing who the real idiot is. Drive through window, first in line and i have been there soo long waiting i finally actually turn the car off because i can hear the long idling melting an ice glacier . Hey , You at the drive up! This is not your first offense . Go back to your DMV job. Where we expect s*** service .You suck!

This bank used to be great. Not so much anymore. I checked online (US Bank site) and it said it was open until 6 today (which is wrong). I drive 15 miles there and there is a note on the door "temporarily closed for inclement weather (3:45)". They closed an hour before I got there at 4:45pm, zero accumulation on the roads an hour later. This is Colorado folks. I had an important transaction to make. Now it won't post until Monday. Half the time the drive through is closed, one teller in the lobby. I am seriously thinking about a credit union.

Once I'm IN the branch it's great but no one ever answers the phone. I usually like to call to make sure there's a notary there or something real fast but no one ever answers. Maybe I'll get a bankers' direct line so I can actually talk to someone ??♀️

I went in today to take out 12,000 my banker was Chase Gave him My ID and my debit card he had to double check with someone else to see if my ID was real, you guys need to train your employees better, it’s pretty easy to check and see if an ID is real or not felt like I was stereo typed because I have tattoos didn’t felt welcome at all! Was very rude. Definitely taking my banking somewhere else!

They are the worses Bank I ever banked with. They just give you a run around they never know how to help you. They say they are going to help 2 weeks go by and nothing is done they just take and take. Do not bank with these people if I could give a no Star I would. Trust me look at the reviews with these people they're horrible that should say something about this bank.

Times have been rough with only so many banks being open but they are so friendly and patient at this location! It’s out of my way but completely worth the drive simply for the wonderful service. Especially a sweet older lady who is always so kind and helpful!

UsBank has become the worst possible bank in existence. Just run around and BS excuses. If they don’t have a legitimate answer, it’s easier to make one up. Zero loyalty to long term clients. Go to Chase, an internet bank, anything, just not UsBank. You can’t blame your lack of customer service on factors you control.
