I had a really good experience with urban motors blue. I spoke with Tyler on the phone and in person Noah helped me out. They made the process of buying a car seamless and easy from the test drive through signing paper work I was in and out quickly. I trusted all of the workers, they really did have my best interest in mind. I look forward to being a customer in the future

Recently bought a car from Urban Motors Blue, first time I've purchased from a dealership. Gabe and Stefan made it super easy, explained everything clearly, and worked more than expected to make sure I got the best deal possible. Really smooth and relaxed process, glad to have found the car I was looking for there because I can't imagine it going better somewhere else.

I had the opportunity to interact with several people at Urban Motors, and Tyler truly sets a high standard! The family-like atmosphere was evident, even during discussions about finances and car reports. It's rare to find a dealership where "open" and "honest" are the norms. Had a great experience buying a Subaru from Drew last week. He was patient and calm in answering all my questions and helping me through the process of buying a car for the first time. He was also able to set me up with a warranty for a good price. Glad I am able to return to a great dealership in case of any issues. Would recommend buying a next car from Drew and Urban Motors Blue.

Tyler was an awesome salesman. I walked in to thir dealership. Not thinking I was gonna be able to walk out with a vehicle. I told him what I was looking for how much I was willing to spend and tell him I wanted to buy straight cash. He immediately got on the computer and did a search for me. We were able to find a vehicle suitable at my price insteaderable for what I'm looking for. Got the deal done and was able to walk away driving a beautiful vehicle.I highly recommend this place.They are sweet.They are awesome and they are willing to go the extra mile for what you're looking for.. All afternoon, going to so many different dealerships between the nationwide dealership and a couple. Other dealerships between Chevy Ford had no luck. I came to urban and I had all the luck in the world. They were the last place that I stopped at that night. I want to share my experience purchasing a vehicle from Urban Motors Blue because of their exceptional customer service. I purchased a 2001 911 Carrera 2 and on my way home from the dealership, the plastic coolant expansion tank broke. In a 20+ year old vehicle, things like this happen. Urban Motors sent a flat bed to grab the car, picked up an OEM Porsche part, replaced it, drove the car to make sure everything was good, and then shipped the car to me!! That is top tier customer service! I personally dealt with Luke and Gabe. I want to thank them along with the mechanics, managers, and anyone else who played a role in this experience. It takes a great team to provide this level of service. Well done ??
