They charge $1 for printing labels, which I have no problem paying. However, what they don't tell you is that you can't actually use a credit card to pay that. So you get charged a minimum of $5 for printing one label after they've already printed it. I've never experienced this at any other UPS store and won't be coming back to this one for that reason.

Worst UPS location in Colorado. Employees are often rude and unwilling to help. They always have a terrible attitude and obviously don’t want to be there. This is the closest UPS location to me and I often drive out of my way to avoid it.
I had two Amazon returns to make, it was on the way home so I stopped in. I packed each separately in the box I received them. When I got there they told me the box is too fragile and a liability for them to ship it for me, I would have to buy a box. I left went down the street to a different location (that has more than 3 stars) and they were excited to help me return it.
I’ve been here a handful more times with all similar experiences. Another time they charged me $1.07 to print a shipping label. Then told me cash only so they can avoid the credit card fee. Just avoid this place.
Go to the UPS off Union and Alameda. Free printing, always happy to help, more employees, larger store, better prices, just about 5 stars.

Wonderful experience here mailing a package to "Grandpa" they let my daughter draw on the box with stickers and help measure. So patient and kind. Customer service at it's finest. Highly recommend

When you show open until 5 pm, you should be open until 5 pm. No longer going to useUPS, there will soon be out of business anyway.

Highly recommend this store! Exceptional, professional, and polite service. Store is always clean and staff always friendly. There is actually a store within walking distance from my house, but I come here because of the staff. Such a rarity in this day and time. Thank you thank you thank you, Ahmad.

This business will not help you pack and ship your items if you come 15 minutes before closing. They will "not have time to help."

Over the last year, I have dropped off packages to this UPS store almost weekly due to our regular UPS driver rarely showing up at our office before closing time. Ghasem and Ahmad are always very friendly and efficient. I appreciate their help on all my shipping needs.

This is by far the best customer experience I have ever had with a UPS Store. The customer service is fantastic! From shipping to printing, mailbox and notary services this store always provides great customer service. Five Stars!!!

Went in today (5/15/24) and the older man at the counter was extremely RUDE! I have never received such bad service in an UPS store!

Got passport photos done today, was an easy process however since this is a “privately owned” UPS store (didn’t know this was a thing until today) they do not adhere to the UPS prices online. Paid over $20 for my photo when regular UPS charges $11.99. Of course was not made aware of price difference before photos were taken and printed.
