I was pretty impressed by the dog wash. Nice.and clean, I didn't have to wait, door into the washroom secured behind me so I had no fear of Mamas getting out and trying to escape. Water was a consistent temperature with perfect pressure. Mamas didn't complain too much until the blow dryer which was slightly cool but it did the job.and she complained because she's a bit overdramatic and despises even the wind. We will definitely be back!

My large dog likes this dog wash as opposed to some others. He is secured safely and it's surprisingly clean for a small dog wash room.

Best self car wash I have ever been too. Affordable! Great pressure on the prewash. Lots of extras that are affordable. I will go out of my way to come back!

Always broken wash areas and no one ever there to help. The billing is a scam and over priced.
Edit to respond: your 1st and second bay credit reader didn't work, the machine still charged me 10.00 but didn't use 10.00, the auto car wash blowers are spotty on if they will work or not, the triple foam only sprays on one side, the bays are usually dirty and muddy on the insides. It's just not a well kept property and last time yall blamed XCel for over a year, and the phone number you gave earlier doesn't help if no one is there to fix the issues when they happen.

Your money will not be wasted here! The best vacuums I’ve ever come across, high power car AND engine washing sprayers, my new Go To

Finally got around to trying out the dog wash today. Very pleased. I was worried that 10 min wouldn't be enough for a hairy golden retriever, but the water pressure was terrific. Only took about 30 seconds to warm up and I had her done within about 5-6 min, so plenty of time to blow dry and disinfect the station (just had to press the button and hose the station down once she was out). If I had to come up with any negative it was that the blow dryer was very loud. May scare some dogs, but towels work, too. Do remember to bring your own towel.

Used the dog washing station. It was great, very clean and easy to use. They give you 10 minutes and it was perfect amount of time.
Will definitely go back.

We went to wash our dog. We spent $20 for the service and there was no hot or warm water. We didn't realize this until we started washing our dog. I'm not sure if this is part of being green, but our dog hated it. We will not return.

Waist of money
this wash is a complete scam for your money the only good part was that the water pressure was almost enough to clean my car the triple fome was only riced on half my car there's no spot free Rinse which left the car full of spots. The dryer didn't even work and if it did work it's so compact on your way out the people that are spraying there cars get your car wet anyways for the $19 you just wasted money I had to go to another carwash to make my car look clean for the prices of all of these washes compared to other no touch wash in the area. It's the worst of all I recommend Green Mountain Car Wash for cheaper they wash your car better and put more product on it

It’s nice to have a dog wash around but $10 for 10 minutes is a bit overpriced. Not to mention the water was freezing cold leaving a poor experience for my pup and I. I felt so bad for her I got out of there as quick as I could with 5 minutes to spare on the wash.

This is a highly critical review of the things that actually matter from an Uber driver who does this often and tries to find and use the best washes. For a good automatic wash nearby, use Jimmy Suds, still looking for a good self service wash around here.
Bays were extremely dirty so to start I had to clean the bay floor a bit, then, after starting to wash in that bay I find out the soap brush is missing. I clean another bay and move to that one. The soap brush is frozen solid, understandable, so I clean the soap brush and turn it on... No soap.. a sad amount of clear watery stuff coughs out of the brush every 15 sec or so and despite attempting to thoroughly clean it, it still feels like I'm scrubbing my car with the equivalent of a large set of frozen keys dipped in spit. It is then when I see the stop button and most of the control panel is frozen solid and unusable. Come on! Really? We have electricity, resistance heating is very cheap and easy, no excuses for frozen controls equipment in this day and age. High pressure stuff works fine, literally the only good thing about this place along with taking credit cards, and that's basically a prerequisite for a functioning wash. I wanted to use mechanical scrubbing by hand with good quality soap. That's why I didn't just go to a touch less automatic. All I got to use was high pressure water to clean with.... See the issue, that completely defeats the purpose of going to a self wash. Anyway, to top it all off, there's no drying setting, or any towels provided, or anything to dry your car with. I would typically give 2 stars for at least having some decent things, but I spent a good 15 min checking the reviews for all the self service washes nearby after my go to car wash Jimmy Suds that I use every other day was closed due to maintenance or maybe cold temps. As an Uber driver this is an important service that I spend lots of money on, so I tried to find the best in hopes of using them regularly. Instead, I just found one I know not to return to and the search continues.
Tldr, if you want a self service wash with good pressure that takes cards, and are okay with some other stuff being missing, substandard, or broken, this place is for you.
If on the other hand, you want a high quality self service wash with all the equipment working and not frozen solid, a good quality soap and brush to scrub with, and a dryer setting or at least towels, in addition to good water pressure and accepting cards, look elsewhere, this place will likely disappoint.
Edit: so upon leaving after writing this review, my side mirrors have a frozen solid glaze of water and whatever substandard chemicals were in their spot free rinse, making my mirrors completely unusable. It's not even that cold outside... Never again...
