I wouldn't even give this store 1 star! The second I walked in the store I was treated like a thief a crook, criminal! Absolutely disrespectful. Employees were standing at the end of the isles whispering amongst themselves, pointing at me, giggling, I'm appalled by the staff at this store! If I was the owner of this store I would be making some major changes to my staff! I'd be embarrassed to say these people work for and represent my company! You did have my business, but will no longer have mine or ANYONE I share this experience with. Word of mouth can make or break a company. You can thank your horrendous employees for your demise!

Nora waxed my daughter’s brows. It was my daughter’s first time and she had a very positive experience with Nora. And her brows look perfect and exactly how she wanted!

I am always greeted with kindness and help but with space to shop. The store is big enough with wide enough aisles for my special needs kiddo’s wagon.

I came in today trying to find a toner and some leave in conditioners. Going into places like these gives me so much anxiety because I don’t know much about skincare or hair care. Someone that worked there, I believe her name was Farah helped me so much. She was so kind to me and made sure that I didn’t feel judged, she taught me so much about toners and helped me pick the one that could work best for me.
It was so refreshing to see someone who actually seemed like they cared about the customer instead of just helping me because she had to. She seemed very passionate and educated on her job.
I’m not sure if the store actually reads these but if they do please thank Farah for making me feel comfortable and answering my questions without making me feel stupid.
She is such a kind soul!
I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Updated: 7/13/24 at 8:50pm we walked in and automatically being watched and followed by a white blonde employee with a makeup apron on. She hid her name tag when we tried to get her name. We bought our stuff butreturned everything because we don't want to do business where we have someone following and watching us as we shop. Even when another employee was helping us she still was still following and watching us. We came for one thing and they didn't even have it. As we were leaving from returning everything the same employee was yelling and cursing at us. I called and some guy picked up saying he was the manager but he was just laughing at me. I talked to corporate and hopefully something is done about this situation because we shouldn't be stereotyped. Came here with my father and Angel assisted us right away. He got some cologne and I got some cleanser and soothing treatment lotion. Angel recommended the lotion and I'm excited to try it out.

Today was the second negative experience I’ve had In the Lakewood Commons location of Ulta. I picked up my favorite foundation that today happened to come with a free moisturizer. There were signs everywhere that read “ Free moisturizer with any IT COSMETICS purchase. So I asked the cashier about it when I was checking out. She looked annoyed and spent time looking through papers that had the recent ads. After a while, I said we could just go back and look at the sign, there was no one behind me. She asked her coworker about it And she said that it was with a $60 purchase. So they recommended I pick up something else to get to $60. I finally just said “forget it.” On my way out and went back to look at the sign and there were multiple signs everywhere that said Exactly what I had already stated. It was closing time and employees were standing there waiting. Finally, someone agreed to go back and look. She stated once again in our system, you have to spend $60. I stated you have a sign that says otherwise, can I please have my free moisturizer? As there should be anything to think about, she finally conceded and gave me my free moisturizer. Everyone seemed annoyed. What the heck people? If your sign is wrong, don’t take it out on the customer. I don’t think I’m ever going back. I never write negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. There were probably many people who came in today that just didn’t have the courage to say something.

I popped in after work looking for a way to set my eyeliner, and to find a lip stain. Literally everyone working there was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I was there until about 8:50ish pm, but they never rushed me, and were always super sweet. And I’m so excited about the beautiful products. Thank you guys :)

We have been to many Ulta stores around the country and this one takes the prize for the best one!!! Every employee was helpful and kind. I was looking for a certain conditioner that wasn’t on the shelf and the woman that asked me if I needed help went out of her way to find one for me!! My Wife also had the same helpful experience with a different woman who went out of her way to help with face products and even the guy and girls at check out were smiling and friendly!! What a great store!! Thank you!!
