AJ, one of the managers, was very helpful getting me set up for my very first time sampling at Total Wine. Very professional and clean, and I was blown away by the selection. Polite and helpful staff and great prices. Will return when I'm not working as well.

Anytime I’ve ever come I always have a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Even later at night during a busy season I was treated kindly and with patience. This location really does go above and beyond.

If you need some last-minute suggestions, this is the place to go. We were helped as soon as we stepped foot in the door. They took us to their best recommendation for a sulfite-free wine. And we were shocked. This wine was only 17 bucks! They didn't try and take us to a costly wine right away. But many people know that just because a wine is more expensive, it doesn't mean it's better. So we got our wine, and then they took us to their cider selection. Boom, we were In and out in 10 minutes. And our bank accounts didn't suffer. We love all total wine locations. They have the best customer service, the best selection of all alcohol, and incredible prices. Plus, their app and website are amazingly accurate. If you need to find something they have in store, the website and app will tell you the aisle and location of the item you want!

Just went in today and one of the gentleman working there was very attentive and professional . I wish I would have grabbed his name ! But everyone on this staff are very kind . Always get top notch service when I come here and selection is always on point .

Visited Top Wine to do some Christmas shopping and I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and appearance of the store. For the most part wine is easy to find if you are viewing it on their website, tells you the precise location. If you have never been there however it can be quite challenging and this is where we rely on good old human interaction. We waited a while as store clerks rushed pass us hurriedly in most cases trying to avoid eye contact as it were obvious we were in need of assistance. We ended up meeting one very helpful young lady by the name of Kitty who was extremely helpful and had to use one of the store's ladder to get the wine and the quantity we needed, sincere thanks to her for being polite, willing and helpful. Proceeded to check out where the cashier (an older gal) seemed like she wasn't having the best of days, retail can be annoying, people can be mean, I get it, I just wish that negative and rude energy be projected onto those miserable customers and not the genuinely nice ones. She was extremely rude to my wife and offered up some freshly served sarcasm to go with our wine, we usually like bargains and two for one, bogo deals, wasn't expecting sarcasm and horrible customer service to be the deal of the day. Completely different level of service from what Kitty gave, not sure what the issue was, she was extremely polite to the people before us, she started conversing to the couple behind before completing our transaction. We didn't ask her any questions, we both smiled and were extremely polite even when she was being rude, what could it be? I wonder... hmmm. Hope it's addressed because we will be back and this time I will be paying special attention to her because it's 2023 and stores should pay extra attention to the people who keep their businesses afloat. Sad that one employee could give such an amazing impression of the business just to have it taken away by another rude individual!

This place is ginormous and full of the most wine assortment I've ever seen. I honestly didn't know there were this many different wines! They also have liquor, cheese, Pickles, and a place that looks like a wine tasting section in the back. Very fancy. The cashier was so friendly and helpful! A+

A little pricey for standard grade spirits, but the selection is amazing. If you're looking for locally made (Colorado) spirits, wine and beer I can't think of a better place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the newest Total Wines location around Denver and I would say the selection and service here is great. Always stocked up with good scotches and cognac. Never tried the wine section but they have good selection of beer too.

The store itself is nice. I applied because i genuinely wanted to work here and for three days the employees told me Kelly would call to no avail each time, even when I tried contacting myself. so just be aware of that if you decide to apply here lol. They tell you to look out for an offer email and then ghost you.

Solid place for wine and spirits, not for beer. Very limited refrigerator section, so most of the beer is stored warm. If you want beer do yourself a favor and go to Bevy's.

Total Wine totally came through for us at our daughter’s wedding. RoseMarie was so wonderful and helpful to work with!Everything was promptly delivered and we were able to return unopened cases of beer and wine. Thank you for providing libations at our wedding!!!
