You can find anything at Home Depot. Generally the service people can help you with how to use what you purchase or they can find someone who can help you. As a non-handy person I depend on Home Depot for a lot of information & help since my husband died.

Came here looking for lights and was assisted by 2 awesome employees who truly went above and beyond. I wanted to test the light to make sure it would be strong enough/correct color and Tyler and David let me take the lights out, unbox the bulbs and test it out while both being incredibly patient. The lights were a great value but unfortunately didn't fit the color we needed but was very appreciative of the service we got. Gonna be coming back for sure!

Rented us a death trap. Almost crashed. At least I learned to do my own inspection next time.

The level of incompetence at this store is truly mind boggling. 1. I paid for a protection plan on a reciprocal saw I bought just 4 months ago.. when I contacted Ryobi about it, they said not only would it be covered under their warranty, but also the added protection I purchased at Home Depot. I was instructed to take the item to the same location I bought it at, as this was the designated "repair center" for ryobi. When I took the item in, the Home Depot staff said they can't do repairs of any kind at all in that store. I showed them the messaging from ryobi and they still said they couldn't do it. I then showed them the added warranty I purchased from Home Depot. Again, they said they couldn't service that warranty. A bit shocked, I realized I was dealing with people that have no idea what they're doing.. I decided to let that go and never return to this store. But while I was there I was going to make a final purchase of a Ryobi string trimmer that was on sale. $120 down from $150. When they rang it up, it came up as $180.. I showed them the online pricing and said " we can't honor our own pricing"... so I said " ok so if I order this online right now at the price listed online, I can pick it up from this store at the online pricing"... " yeah we can do that"..... I'm amazed.. speechless... truly the worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot location. False advertising on top of straight lying about a product they sell(the protection plan)..

This location’s paint guy is awesome. They have a machine that can scan a dime sized piece of paint and detect the exact color. Thank you CW! Give this man a raise!

Home Depot needs to do some training on misogyny! I am currently painting and updating a house and have been in there on an almost daily basis, without incident. Yesterday was a different story... needing metal tiles cut, I went in to see if they could do so, or point me in the right direction of the best tool I could purchase, to do so myself. Instead I was man-splained on how to read directions, READ DIRECTIONS! I was then laughed at by 3 male employees, as the worst of the bunch dramatically announced that he would "waste his lunch break, and not eat! To help these girls get the tile cut". All I asked was if they had a machine to cut metal there or if he could point me in the right direction of a tool, I could purchase. Do Better Home Depot! Very disappointing.

From the outside, this is one of the more aesthetically appealing HDs I have ever seen- it has glass, and colors other than that boring sand colored stucco and prison like orange letters. Unfortunately, that is about as much excitement you will get here. An interesting thing, is the parking lot- it has its own traffic light, and the set up is a little interesting (they were tight on space, I get it), as the traffic flows right into the lot (so keep your eyes extra open when parking here!). Other than that, its a typical store. The contractor pickup to the left, garden to the right. When you get inside, the layout is somewhat the same as other stores, but just keep an eye on the signs. For instance, the door locks are along the main aisle (that separate the back from the front), however, the padlocks are not with them- they are with the chain and rope section (I was looking for a lock for a storage cube). Also, the moving supplies, while they have some things in the section, I didn't see too many add ons in the area (I guess they do that to make you walk around the store). The biggest thing for me, was the check out process. They have spots on the floor, and they have made adjustments (screens at the counter), but imo, I think the line could be better set up. I did the self checkout, and it seemed like a free for all, which was crap, especially for the fact you have to use a hand scanner. I know the one I went to, was not disinfected before I used it (don't worry, I have backup in my car), so that was a little off. I just think the no line set up caused a lot more confusion then there needed to be. I got what I needed, and my cough hasn't been any worse than it has been for the last 2 years, so I guess you can say I lived to tell the tale.

Waay over capacity. They were stopping entry at 200 but saw no one counting entrants. How can they let that many people in at once! No social distancing or mask wearing enforcement just a security guard doing nothing but taking up space - give that man a thermometer at least. Delayed curbside pick up when one decides to go that route. This business should be reported before they start an outbreak of covid.

Respond to the basic rules of capitalism. I customer, waving cash say I need a new drill. You, Home Depot employee, respond by running away as fast as you can... really? Amazon has drills... amazon answers questions. Be more like amazon

To start things off, I have almost always had great experiences at all Home Depot locations I've been to. Roy at the Crestline location has helped me out countless times walking from isle to isle treating my needs almost as if they were his own. We worked with employees at the Alameda location when 5 people had stolen boxes of Milwaukee tools and darted through the parking lot we reported the license plate and provided as much information as possible for their team. My first and last experience at the North Lakewood location, however, will leave me shopping at Lowes or any other home improvement store available. We had found some discounted flooring at the 7990 Crestline location that was "Available Online." When we attempted to purchase the flooring online it was listed at a different price. We called into Home Depot online ordering support that couldn't resolve the issue but directed us to the North Lakewood location on 7200 Colfax where there were 48 cases available for pickup. After driving to the North Lakewood store I found that the flooring there too was not priced similar to the Crestline location. I showed the photo of the pricing to the lady in customer service who said to load up the 48 cases of flooring and bring it to the front and they would get it settled. It had "pissed her off" that the Online Ordering customer service said the North Lakewood location would honor the price of the Crestline store. After loading all 48 Cases (1824 LBS) of flooring and pushing it to the front of the store, "Helena" the "Assistant Store Manager" had two words, "Absolutely Not." She was extremely rude and shifted blame in every direction possible. She had said that the special was in-store only and store specific. It was not her fault that I was asked to load up the flooring, it was not her fault that I was misinformed, and all though all parties work for Home Depot, she would not honor the sticker pricing because it was not her fault. No one would acknowledge the fact that it was unacceptable to ask me to load up nearly 2,000 pounds of flooring to bring to the front if they wouldn't honor the pricing to begin with. I sat on the cart full of flooring for about 30 minutes while speaking with "Julia" in Customer Support who was able to discount the flooring some, but not all the way to the sticker price. She then transferred the call to a "Resolutions Expert" "Felicia" who was also extremely rude and would not discount the flooring a penny! She actually wanted $0.10 more per square foot than in store! I had mentioned that Julia had said she could discount to which she cut me off and repeated "no she can't" over and over. I asked to speak with someone else and she repeatedly said "No." She did not have the ability to transfer and I would need to call back to speak with someone else. I called back and spoke with "Isaiah" who was extremely apologetic. By now its been 4 hours. He mentioned that all the previous information was completely wrong. That store managers DO in fact have the ability to Honor sticker pricing and can meet any threshold of discount they wish. It was their personal decision to deny it. I'm not waiting 24 hours for a call back with in-store credit for the difference in price. I really do hope there is some action taken for the unacceptable attitude and performance of Helena, Felicia, and the other Customer Service attendant from the matter but I doubt anything will ever happen.

Failure to honor advertised sales price when I visited their store with an advertisement in my hand.
