Devin was absolutely amazing and had every answer to my question. I went in wanting one specific thing and left with 6 plus products thanks to Devin. The face shop is very knowledgeable about the products along with great price points. I would recommend anyone to check this place out and ask for recommendations because they have it all.

It was our first time coming to this Lakewood Faceshop and we loved it. The interior was inviting and everything was aesthetically pleasing ❤️ not to mention Quynh is the most attentive and helpful cosmetic assistant who answered all of our questions and concerns. Keep up the good work guys!! We are definitely coming back??

Literally the best store you can shop at for skincare. Not only are the employees super nice and helpful, but the products they sell are top tier. These aren't things you can find at Ulta or Sephora. 10/10 a MUST place to shop at.

the girl that works at both the belmar location & the aurora one, every time i come in she always acts like i'm going to steal something. even though both times i've been in i've bought multiple items. really hard to shop when someone's following you around & staring at you.

Edit: Learned that the no return policy only applies to online shopping which is a counterfeit company. This store sells real Face shop products and is able to return within 2 weeks of purchase, very reasonable. Received excellent service.

Sunday schedule says they’re open til 6, I show up at 4:50, and it’s locked! I took time out of my day to get down here, just for them to close early with no notice. Also, if you’re going to close early, it’s nice to see a paper on the door or at least remember to turn off the open sign.

We had the greatest experience at The Face Shop last week. Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate how well he knew the products that he was recommending to us. I purchased a few different sunscreens this week and I am blown away at the quality. Thanks for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience, shout out to Alex <3 he was very sweet and helpful! I am in love with the oil cleanser, I haven’t found any other product to take my makeup off like this! It makes it fun to take makeup off lol, I usually don’t write reviews but I just had too! I’ll definitely be back! :D

Alex was so kind and awesome! Seriously the best interaction I've had in a store/restaurant/place where things are bought, ever. I typically don't like speaking to store clerks because it feels like I'm being sold to, but he was really helpful and sweet when I did have questions, and kept the perfect amount of distance when I just wanted to wander around and stare at all the beautiful cosmetics and skin care! Thanks so much!

Alex was extremely knowledgeable on the products to use for different skin types. This store is amazing and very welcoming. It has been my go to for my skin care products for a while now and I never leave disappointed.
