I’ve worked with Chad and his Team to buy multiple houses. The customer service, professionalism, and personalized service cannot be beat. On my last house, The builder had a rate that Chad could not match. He was very transparent with me and told me to take it. I refer all of my friends and employees to The Colorado Mortgage Team and I will be using them again for my next house.

The Colorado Mortgage Team was referred to by a friend who used them as well. My husband and I weren't really looking at refinancing at the current time due to high interest rates. However, we called Chad and discussed four options that worked with monthly budgets and interest rates. We refinanced our mortgage and closed very quickly. Chad taught us more than we ever knew about mortgages and financial tips! We have found a forever mortgage broker. Highly recommend!

Chad and his team were phenomenal throughout our home buying experience. Throughout the purchase, the team here were always on the ball pushing the lender, title, and builder to keep us on track and handling all obstacles before they become an issue. I just bought my first ever home and was super nervous about the entire process until I found the guys at Colorado Mortgage Team. They answered all of my questions no matter at which time I called, texted or emailed and worked relentlessly to make the experience smooth & fun for me.
Special thanks to Chad, with whom I worked the most to make this dream happen. I am sort of sad that the whole process is over now because I truly loved chatting with the guys and learning so much about the home owning process through them. :)

The Colorado Mortgage Team was amazing. From the pre-approval letter all the way to closing they were there for us for explanations and to answers questions every step of the way. They are creative with finding different types of loans that work best and very accurate with their estimates. We highly recommend Chad, Clinton, Ben, and John!

I found Colorado Mortgage Team based on its online reviews and can now confirm they're legit. I recently bought a new home using a VA loan through them and can't say enough good things. This wasn't my first home, so I shopped around and contacted several companies in the Denver area before choosing a lender. First off, I found that the Colorado Mortgage Team was offering the best pricing. They also began strategizing with me from the VERY FIRST CALL on how I could maximize my purchase power and look at options like buying down my rate. This is a big deal in a competitive seller's market because there are levers that can be pulled to make an offer more attractive. When it came time to buy, the team was constantly available and ready to assist. I can't overstate their patience and willingness to help, even during crazy holiday times and weekends. As a company, they also go out of their way to honor veterans with added benefits, which was really above and beyond their already excellent service. I'm very glad I went with them. Before you just go with some nameless bank suggested by your realtor, consider that having a good lender is really an important part of the home buying process. You'll see why when you have a group like the Colorado Mortgage Team backing you up.
