My family recently switched to Urban Autocare and they exceeded all of our expectations regarding a needed diagnosis as well as an oil change. The staff is very polite and thorough and I am so relieved to rely on Urban Autocare for my car moving forward.

Great and very helpful service.
Before going to the good folks at Urban Autocare, I went to two other auto shops in Lakewood to ask about my car’s headlight issues. Without much inspection on their part, I was told that it was likely due to wiring problems and, as a result, that it would probably cost me thousands of dollars and would leave me without a car for days because they’d need to tear it apart just to properly diagnose the issue.
Deciding to get another opinion, I spoke with James at Urban Autocare over the phone and after doing some research he called me back and asked me to bring it in to check it out in person and after a quick look he saw it was actually a very simple fix. In less than an hour and for less than $50, my car’s headlights were good as new!
Honestly, can’t say enough how relieved and thankful I am to have made the call and visit to Urban Autocare. James and the good folks there were just amazing and I highly appreciate their service. I can’t recommend them enough.

After having several poor experiences at dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air getting timely and respectful service from a local shop! I’ll be coming here for any future maintenance or repairs!

great service as usual, Jeremy (and Todd) killed it just like every other time. They are responsive , efficient and on-time with great communication throughout the process. There's a reason my whole family uses Urban Autocare, not the least of which is they respect our money and time like its their money and time.

Excellent place! They determined what was wrong with my truck- even though I had just had it at a dealership service department,- these guys found the problems that the other mechanics eft behind. I would recommend them to anybody!

They helped us out with a pre purshase car check up. Brittany got us in the next day they were very thorough and knowledgable. We felt it was reasonably priced. All around a great experience.

We are very impressed with Urban Autocare! Brian, James, Jeremy and the mechanics went out of their way to deliver the best service! They were comprehensive in their assessment of our car and thoroughly explained the services that our car needed. They never pressured us to get additional services but worked with us to do only what was necessary. They were prompt in calling us back, attending to our questions, and servicing our car. Fantastic customer service, and we highly recommend them.

Their quotes are wildly expensive, one quote for changing brake pads was twice as much as what another mechanic charged. It felt like they were trying to scare me into spending thousands of dollars on "necessary" repairs, yet my car has ran perfectly fine for another 5000 miles without any of the repairs they said it needed.
Don't go here if you care about budget.

Very organized operation. Brittany is very pleasant to work with she's very knowledgeable and attentive to customers. They did a full inspection of my vehicle about a month ago and really broke down everything that needed to be done and the urgency of the work prioritizing it well I feel confident that they truly did inspect and offer a real blueprint of where my used vehicle needed work addressed. A day after getting a full alignment new tie rods and power steering flush my car is running smoother then it ever has since I purchased it. The only constructive criticisms I do have is the price points seem to be gouged a bit 80 + dollars to replace a 20 dollar engine filter is ridiculous the filter is 20 dollars at advanced auto parts and there is no labor involved you pop the hood unclip the box take out the old filter put the new one in takes less the 5 mins. And how they tried to push for a certain tire that I don't think is inherently a bad tire but one that they cleary market at their location I get it's a business and Idk if they get like commission pay for selling that tire but I felt a bit rushed in the process of purchasing new tires I was never really given options more told that the tire recommended would be a good choice and maybe thats not false but if you do research there are many options for tires and the tire they push for is newer with less consumer reviews and some talk that the version of the tire before the 43s are better then the 45s which are the ones I was suggested for. I pulled out of the tire service and found different tires that I decided would meet my needs better.

Amazing people here. James and Brittney make sure to explain everything, including their process and every issue they find. The team is really knowledgeable and even though there are other shops closer to me, I'll be coming back to them in the future.

I have been very happy with Urban Autocare.
Recently I brought my car in to get a diagnosis for a problem with the car. There were issues concerning charges. Jeremy, the manager, addressed my concerns and the matter was resolved promptly.
