Have had trouble with billing for past 2 years, they fix the problem then revisit it everytime I order supplies. Spent HOURS on phone getting passed around 5-6 times each order. Go somewhere else for CPAP supplies, Rotech is the worst medical supply company ever. You've been warned!

The gentleman that delivered my concentrator to my home in Idaho Springs was so very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond what our other oxygen suppliers did for us. We are so happy to be with Summit Respiratory!

Summit Respiratory called as soon as we returned home from the hospital to ensure we had the oxygen supply needed. John Nice came on time and was very kind. He completed the "paperwork" and gave a thorough demonstration of the equipment and how to use it. He even shared his own experience of having to use oxygen.

Great experience with Michelle Pierce, RN. She recently helped me pick out a mask and set me up with everything I needed to succeed. She walked me through the set up of my machine and showed me how to use it - was very informative and supportive and encouraged me to reach out to her any time with questions. Been sleeping great since the first night. Highly recommend.

What a great experience. Michelle Pierce the RN helped me pick a great mask and made the machine pick up so easy. Michelle setup the machine and gave me a detailed tutorial on my res med machine. She showed me what to do and how to navigate the machine. Thanks for all the help. I got the best nights sleep. Highly recommend.

John Nice with summit Respiratory was SO helpful. I got home from the hospital on Sunday afternoon and didn’t realize that my tank would last 2.5 hours, I was able to call Summit Respiratory talked to the on-call personnel and she said someone would be on their way. John showed up and helped set up the concentrator and 8 tanks to use when I needed to go out. He was very professionally nice and helpful. Thanks John Nice!!! You were great!!!
