Got a unit. Had it for a couple months. They raised the price without asking. Had to pay $30 extra a month then my unit got broken into on their watch. Manager hung up on me bc she refused to provide me the information for the insurance that I am required to go use through them. Stay safe and stay away from Storquest. Excuses, poor management, poor customer empathy for inability to provide the protection to my things that I pay for every month.

THIS FACILITY HAS BECOME INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT.
I HAVE COMPLAINED MORE TIMES THAN I CAN COUNT. I HAVE EVEN GONE AS FAR AS COLLECTING ROACH BODIES FROM THE HALLWAYS AND PUT THEM IN AN ENVELOPE WITH A NOTE AND LEFT IT AT THE OFFICE DOOR FOR THEM TO SEE, AND STILL, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
ITS DISGUSTING!
AND THE PRICES HAVE INCREASED MORE THAN QUADRUPLE THE PRICE I ORIGINALLY RENTED FOR. ($ 139 PER MONTH AND I AM NOW PAYING $ 500+ PER MONTH)

An absolute NIGHTMARE! I won't go into great detail. But I will be asking for a refund. I've been at this facility for about 24 hours and I'm absolutely shocked by the events that have already taken place. Avoid this facility!
